Various methods and systems are provided for a portable ultrasound imaging system. In one example, a portable ultrasound imaging system is disclosed, comprising a support stand with a sliding portion vertically slidable in relation to a stationary portion; a cradle configured to support an ultrasound imaging device and coupled to the sliding portion of the support stand; a tray, positioned below the cradle, coupled to the sliding portion of the support stand; and a case at least partially enclosing an electric power converter including an electric power cable, electrically coupled to the ultrasound imaging device, and positioned at a rear side of the support stand and coupled to the sliding portion of the support stand such that the sliding portion and the case move in unison during sliding movement of the sliding portion.

Methods and systems for medical imaging

Various methods and systems are provided for a cable management device. In one example, the cable management device has a planar base with a plurality of mounting holes, a first wing framing a first slot positioned along a first side of the base, and a second wing framing a second slot along a second side of the base. The wings may flex from a first configuration to a second configuration in response to a contact force.

An apparatus for tracking movement of a foreign object within a subject has an X-ray fluoroscopic system with an X-ray detector and an ultrasound system that has a probe with a position sensor. A display is configured to display a static X-ray image acquired by the X-ray fluoroscopic system and a real-time ultrasound image acquired by the ultrasound system. The X-ray image and the ultrasound image each display at least a portion of the foreign object and at least a portion of surrounding area. A tracking module is configured to track movement of the foreign object within the ultrasound image and the display is further configured to display an indication of the movement of the foreign object on the X-ray image.

Method and apparatus for catheter guidance using a combination of ultrasound and X-ray imaging

Hemodynamic data and imaging data are obtained about a patient, and the data is combined to generate a single report integrating same. While a hemodynamic system obtains the hemodynamic data, an imaging system obtains the imaging data. Preferably, the report confirms the absence or presence (and/or severity) of peripheral arterial disease, including quantitative data. The hemodynamic system and the imaging system can communicate directly, indirectly, and/or wirelessly. They may be contained within a common enclosure and/or integrated into a single apparatus. Either or both of the hemodynamic system and/or the imaging system can also be configured to measure the blood pressure of the patient. Preferably, the imaging system is an ultrasound imaging system, and improved workflows for diagnosing peripheral arterial disease result.
