Enforcing authorization controls for an approved software change on a target system is provided. A user is validated to perform a set of actions. The set of actions performed by the validated user is monitored to determine whether the set of actions conform to an approved process for the approved software change on the target system. A deviation from the approved process is detected based on determining that the set of actions do not conform to the approved process during the monitoring. In response to detecting the deviation from the approved process, an alert is sent regarding the deviation.

A mechanism is provided in a data processing system for performing regression testing on a question answering system instance. The mechanism trains a machine learning model for a question answering system using a ground truth virtual checksum as part of a ground truth including domain-specific ground truth. The ground truth virtual checksum comprises a set of test questions, an answer to each test question, and a confidence level range for each answer to a corresponding test question. The mechanism runs regression test buckets across system nodes with domain-specific corpora and receiving results from the system nodes. Each system node implements a question answering system instance of the question answering system by executing in accordance with the machine learning model and by accessing domain-specific corpora. Each test bucket includes a set of questions matching a subset of questions in the ground truth virtual checksum. The mechanism identifies regressions, inconsistencies, or destabilizations in code behavior in the system nodes based on results of comparing the results to the ground truth virtual checksum and generates a report presenting the identified regressions, inconsistencies, or destabilizations and the affected system nodes.

Responsive to the health check servlet determining the result answer and the result confidence value match the ground truth virtual checksum, the health check servlet notifies the health check monitor that the question answering system instance is functional.

An interactive video system supports functions typically expected with a VCR such as play, pause, fast forward and rewind. A set top box is coupled to a display terminal and a first interface. The set top box includes a memory for storing an operating system in set top enabling codes. A video dial tone network includes a control channel and a data channel coupled to a second interface linked to the first interface. A first gateway controls establishment of a video session between a video server and the display terminal. A second gateway establishes connection between the video server and the set top box over a data channel in response to an input from the first gateway. An application server coupled to the first gateway and the video server contains executable code for transferring video data, video and audio information from the video server to the display terminal. The application server includes a shared queue coupled to a plurality of application engines and set top boxes and includes program code for multi-tasking operation. The code operates the application engines in response to application tables to provide video transmission as a panel object indicative of the state of set top boxes in a video session.
