There is provided an enzymatic detergent composition comprising one or more surfactants and an endoglucanase which is not a Family 7 cellulase, which contains no cellulose binding domain and wherein the catalytic domain contains at least two disulphide bridges. Preferably, the endoglucanase is producible from Thermomonospora fusca, or mutants or variants thereof.

Enzymatic detergent compositions

There is provided an enzymatic detergent composition comprising a surfactant and an endoglucanase producible from Thermomonospora fusca, preferably E5, or mutants or variants thereof.

Enzymatic compositions with improved storage stability of the enzymes contained therein are obtained by including an enzyme stabiliser, preferably by way of a particular process.

A dishwashing or rinsing composition comprising a surfactant and an enzyme, characterized in that the enzyme is a lipase selected from lipases produced by rDNA technique and derived ultimately from the lipase gene from Humicola lanuginosa (syn. Thermomyces lanuginosus), and incorporated in the composition in an amount in the range of about 0.005 to 100 LU/mg.

Enzymatic dishwashing and rinsing composition

A machine dishwashing composition containing a peroxygen compund as the bleaching agent and having improved bleaching action combined with excellent starch removing properties is disclosed. The compositioncontains a dinuclear manganese complex having the general formula. ##STR1## As defined in the description, as bleach catalyst and starch removing additive, in an amount corresponding to a Mn-content of from 0.0001 to about 1.0% by weight. A dishwashing or rinsing composition comprising a surfactant and a chlorine-type bleaching agent, characterised in that it further comprises a lipolytic enzyme in an amount in the range 0.005 to 100 lipase units per mg (dry wt.) of the composition.
