The invention relates to a method for constructing a gas-filled double-acting hydraulic cylinder () with gas spring action, comprising: &#x2014;a cylinder sleeve () with a cylinder bottom () and cylinder head () &#x2014;a piston/piston rod assembly () a hydraulic fluid seal on the piston () &#x2014;a connection for the head-side chamber () to a hydraulic line; &#x2014;a connection for the bottom-side chamber () to a hydraulic line, &#x2014;a gland () with a bore, the gland being attached between the cylinder bottom () and the piston (), the piston rod () extending over the entire stroke of the piston rod through the bore, wherein the gland comprises two seals &#x2014;(), one for providing a seal with the cylinder sleeve () and one for providing a seal with the piston rod.

Locking arrangement of a fluid insertion connection between a fluid line and a connection member, in particular between a hydraulic line and a hydraulic cylinder, the fluid line having an insertion part at one end and the connection member being provided with an insertion opening which is open at the circumferential surface of the connection member and receives the insertion part of the line. Furthermore, locking means are provided, which engage on an abutment surface of the insertion part of the fluid line in order to prevent the insertion part of the line from being pulled out of the insertion opening. The locking means comprise a ring, which is positioned around the connection member at the position of the insertion opening and is movable with respect to the connection member. The ring has a slot extending between its inside and its outside, which slot comprises a first slot part, through which the insertion part of the fluid line fits when the first slot part of the ring is aligned with respect to the insertion opening, and a second slot part, which is connected to the first slot part and is narrower than the first slot part, so that when the second slot part of the ring is aligned with respect to the insertion opening, part of the ring engages on the abutment surface of the insertion part which has been inserted into the insertion opening, as a result of which the insertion part is locked so that it cannot be pulled out.

Radial piston pump

Pump assembly, comprising a radial plunger pump for hydraulic fluid, having a pump housing with radial cylinders formed therein, in each of which cylinders a plunger is reciprocable by means of an eccentric rotor, an electric motor with a rotary output shaft which is connected for driving purposes to the rotor of the radial plunger pump, and a reservoir body for forming a reservoir for hydraulic fluid, the radial plunger pump, the electric motor and the reservoir body being interconnected to form a unit. The reservoir body and the electric motor are fitted at the same side of the pump housing, the reservoir body being adjacent to the pump housing at one side and at the opposite side having a recess. The electric motor preferably projects over a part of its length into the recess of the reservoir body. The reservoir body is preferably designed for fixing the pump assembly to a support.
