A plug connector assembly having a plug connector and a plug connector housing and multiple electric conductors, each electrical conductor having an axial end region inside the glug connector housing. A contact surface on each electric conductor electrically contacts a mating contact surface of a mating contact element of a mating plug connector. Each contact surface has a directional component orthogonal to a longitudinal axial direction of the electric conductor. At least one spring element for each electric conductor pushes the contact surface against the mating contact surface. The mating contact surface has a directional component orthogonal to the longitudinal axial direction of the mating contact element. Each contact surface additionally has a directional component in a second direction that is orthogonal to the first orthogonal direction. A securing element pushes the contact surface of each electric conductor against the mating contact surface in the second orthogonal direction.

Plug connector assembly and plug connection

A cable assembly having at least three electric cables which have electric conductors that are electrically and mechanically connected together. Each of the electric conductors is free of an insulation material and is plate-shaped in a contact point. One of the cables is a carrier cable, and the electric conductor of the carrier cable is formed as a support plate at the contact point in order to attach the contact points of the other electric conductors. Multiple contact points of the other electric conductors are secured to a surface of the support plate next to one another.

Cable assembly and method for producing an electric and mechanical connection

An electrical plug connector, having an insulating part and an inner-conductor contact element pair for differential signal transmission. The inner-conductor contact element pair comprises first and second inner-conductor contact elements, which extend through the insulating part. The inner-conductor contact elements, proximate a first end of the insulating part, have a contact section for contacting an inner conductor of a corresponding counterpart plug connector and proximate a second end of the insulating part, have a press-in pin for pressing into a metal-plated recess of an electrical assembly. The inner-conductor contact elements each have one support shoulder via which a pressing-in force can be introduced for pressing the press-in pin into the metal-plated recess. The support shoulder is along the central axis of the inner-conductor contact element. The inner-conductor contact elements each have a support surface averted from the support shoulder to support the inner-conductor contact element in the insulating part.

The invention relates to a fastening screw, comprising an electrically insulating insulating body and a metal body formed from a metal and having an external thread. The metal body is fastened on the insulating body and has a first axial end and a second axial end opposite the first axial end, wherein the first axial end is remote from a screw head of the fastening screw. It is provided that the insulating body, by means of a shaft portion, emerges from the first axial end of the metal body along the longitudinal axis (L) of the metal body.

Fastening screw, electrical plug connector and electrical plug connection

The invention relates to an electrical plug-in connection, comprising an electrical connector and a mating electrical connector, which can be connected to the electrical connector. The mating electrical connector has an actuating element, which can be moved between a home position (P) and a locking position (P) and is designed to cooperate with a guiding element of the electrical connector in such a way that the plug-in connection, proceeding from a pre-latching position, assumes a locked position when the actuation element is moved from the home position (P) into the locking position (P). The electrical connector has a toothing and the mating electrical connector has a mating toothing, which corresponds to the toothing of the electrical connector, the toothing and the mating toothing mesh with one another in the locked position of the plug-in connection.

Electrical plug-in connection, vehicle and method for locking an electrical plug-in connection

An electrical plug connector, having an electrically insulating housing assembly and an outer-conductor assembly connected in positively locking fashion to the housing assembly. The outer-conductor assembly has at least one fastening tab which can be bent from a basic state into a fastening state. The outer-conductor assembly is received in the housing assembly such that the housing assembly blocks relative movement between the outer-conductor assembly and the housing assembly in positively locking fashion along a first translational degree of freedom (x) and/or along a second translational degree of freedom (y). The fastening in the basic state, allows an assembling movement for assembling the housing assembly on the outer-conductor assembly along a third translational degree of freedom (z) and, in the bent fastening state, blocks the housing assembly on the outer-conductor assembly in positively locking fashion at least along the third translational degree of freedom (z).

Electrical plug connector and method for assembling an electrical plug connector

An electrical plug connector, in particular an electrical pin connector socket for the power electronics in the automotive sector, comprising a plug connector body for receiving a contact device and comprising a shield. The plug connector body is designed for introducing into an opening of a housing part of a housing of an electronics unit. The plug connector body is designed in multiple parts and has at least one inner plug connector body and an outer plug connector body, which are positioned on opposite sides of the housing part. The inner plug connector part can be fixed in the housing of the electronics unit independently of the housing part. Securing means connect the plug connector bodies to one another so that the housing part is fixed between the plug connector bodies.

Electrical plug connector, high-voltage wiring harness, high-voltage system and method for attaching an electrical plug connector

The invention relates to an apparatus for igniting a fuel mixture. Set apparatus comprises an ignition system for generating a high-voltage ignition voltage as well as a circuit device comprising a circuit for superimposing a high-frequency signal on to the high-voltage ignition voltage. The apparatus further comprises a spark plug in an engine block as well as a transmission element for transmitting the ignition voltage, onto which the high-frequency signal has been superimposed, to the spark plug. The transmission element includes a contact element which is provided with an electrically conductive coating along at least one portion of the longitudinal axis of the contact element, the impedance of the coding being lower than the impedance of the contact element.

Apparatus for igniting a fuel mixture, transmission element for transmitting an ignition signal, ignition device and circuit device

A connector arrangement comprises at least at least two cables, each comprising one cable sheath, and respectively one shielding arranged within the cable sheath. The shielding is exposed from the cable sheath at one cable end. The connector arrangement additionally comprises a connector housing made of an electrically conductive material, in which there is realized a respective a leadthrough for each cable. The exposed shielding of each cable is located in the respective leadthrough, and is frictionally connected to the connector housing. The connector arrangement also comprises a crimp barrel. The crimp barrel encloses the connector housing and each leadthrough, and is frictionally connected to the connector housing.

The present invention relates to an assembly method for a connector, in particular for a high-voltage connector, having an electrical conductor and an electric contact, which assembly method comprises the following steps: providing a screw having a first drive and a second drive which is formed opposite the first drive; establishing a connection with play between the electrical conductor and the electric contact by means of the screw by the screw being inserted respectively into a passage hole in the electrical conductor and in the electric contact and being turned in a first direction by way of its first drive; tightening the connection between the electrical conductor and the electric contact by the screw being turned in a second direction, which is opposite the first direction, by way of its second drive. The present invention further relates to a connector and also to a screw.

Assembly method for a connector

The present invention relates to a HVIL system for a HV connector, in particular in a motor vehicle, which HV connector is configured to transmit HV current from the HV connector to a further component, wherein the HVIL system has a first HVIL contact element and a second HVIL contact element, wherein, in a non-plugged state of the HV connector, the first HVIL contact element is spaced apart from the second HVIL contact element by at least one first spring element; and wherein, in a plugged state of the HV connector, the first spring element is deformed in such a way that the first HVIL contact element makes contact with the second HVIL contact element in such a way that the HVIL system ensures that HV current is transmitted from the HV connector to the further component if the connection between the HV connector and the further component is secure. The present invention furthermore relates to a method for establishing a HV connection.

High-voltage interlock system

A connector for a high-voltage connection for electrically connecting high-voltage components, in particular of an electrical drive system of a motor vehicle, said connector comprising at least one electrical contact arrangement, wherein the contact arrangement comprises at least one ring-shaped contact element; a first inner protective element, which is arranged within the contact element and projects relative to the contact element; and a first outer protective element, which at least partly surrounds the contact element and projects relative to the contact element, wherein the first inner protective element and the first outer protective element form a shock protection for the contact element.

High-voltage connector

A plug connector, in particular a high current plug, having a locking device for the play-free axial fixing of the plug connector with respect to a mating plug connector in a closed position coupled to the mating plug connector, wherein the locking device has a retaining element such as a latching clip to engage axially behind a locking projection on the mating plug connector in the closed position, and a mating pressure element which is located opposite the retaining element in such a way that the locking projection can be accommodated between the retaining element and the mating pressure element in the closed position. An actuating device for pressing on retaining element and/or mating pressure element is formed on the locking projection in a fixing position (II).

A plug system with a plug connector, such as a high-current plug, and a mating plug connector, such as a high-current socket, for coupling to the plug connector by a lock device which counteracts a withdrawal of the plug connector from the mating plug connector in a locked position (I), wherein the lock device has a lever part which is secured to the plug connector in a pivotal manner and a securing clip which is attached to the lever part in an articulated manner for engaging into an engagement portion of the mating plug connector in the locked position (I).

High-current plug with clip lock

A safety system for high current applications, having a high current circuit breaker and a housing enclosing the high current circuit breaker. The housing forms a plug connector for electrical contact and mechanical connection to a mating plug connector, and the high current circuit breaker can also be accommodated in a permanently closed manner.
