A protective device () is provided for a hose clip () that connects a hose end () to a hose connection (). The protective device includes a protective body () made of a plastic. In the assembled state, the protective body () surrounds the circumference of the hose clip () and accommodates the hose clip () at least in its clamping region via a radially oriented molding (), and covers the hose clip () over the width thereof extending in the longitudinal direction of the hose connection (). The protective body () has ring segments () that can be connected to one another at their free ends (), and the segments are connected moveably to one another at their ends () facing away from the free ends ().

Protective device for a hose clip

A disposable filtration device includes a plurality of disposable filter capsules connected with each other by lines, which are carried by a rigid holder. At least the holder and the lines between the filter capsules preferably are formed of a sterilizable material, so that the filtration device can be sterilized in the pre-mounted, i.e. ready-to-connect condition, and can be packed and transported without a risk of damage.

Disposable filtration device

A filter module () has a housing () formed from a plastic and a filter () made from a plastic is arranged in the housing (). The housing () is bonded adhesively to the filter () by an adhesive () via a first bonding surface () made from a first plastic and via a second bonding surface () made from a second plastic. The adhesive bonding of the first bonding surface () and the second bonding surface () is accomplished via an intermediate piece () with the bonding surfaces () made from a plastic that is identical to or different from the first plastic. At least one of the bonding surfaces () has been activated by plasma or corona pre-treatment prior to the adhesive bonding.

Filter module

A filtration device () has a housing () and a filter module () with hollow fibers () surrounded by an outer shell (). The hollow fiber bundle () is sealed to the outer shell () at each end by an adhesive () transverse to the longitudinal direction (). Each end of the hollow fibers () is unclosed. An unfiltered product chamber () is between the outer shell () and a wall () of the filter housing () and a filtered product chamber () is inside the filter module (). The bottom end of the filter module () connects with an intermediate section () that connects with a receptacle () of a bottom portion () of the filter housing (). The intermediate section () forms a connection chamber () facing the hollow fiber ends () and radial feed channels () connect the connection chamber () with the unfiltered product chamber ().

Filtration device

A hollow fiber module (') is made by inserting a bundle of hollow fibers () into a housing (&#x2032;) that has an end closed by a cap (). A fluid first component () that can assume a solid state is introduced into a space adjacent the cap () and forms a spacer into which ends of the hollow fibers () project. A fluid curable second component () is introduced before the first component () via a second inflow () and is cured to form a sealing layer () that embeds the bundle of hollow fibers () and seals it with respect to the adjacent housing wall (&#x2032;). The cap () is removed from the module housing (&#x2032;) along with the first component () and ends of the hollow fibers () embedded in the first component ().
