A rolling bearing-cooling device for a bearing arrangement is provided. The bearing arrangement includes at least one rolling bearing for mounting a drum of a decanter centrifuge or solid bowl centrifuge. The rolling bearing-cooling device includes a lubricant supply line, a lubricant discharge line, a cooling air supply line, and a cooling air discharge line. The lubricant supply line is spaced from the cooling air supply line and is opposite the cooling air discharge line, and the cooling air supply line is opposite the lubricant discharge line with regard to the rolling bearing.

A gear apparatus for a solid-bowl screw centrifuge. The gear apparatus includes a shaft, a gear, and a bearing. The centrifuge includies a drum and a screw, both of which are configured to be driven. The screw is further configured to be driven at a different rotational speed relative to the drum. The gear apparatus is connected between one or more drive motors and the screw and the drum. The gear apparatus is continuously filled with a lubricant and includes a hollow drive shaft having two hollow longitudinal channels extending in an axial direction. Also included is a lubricant compensating system having a lubricant compensating container connected via a line and a rotary lead-through for lubricating the bearing through the two hollow longitudinal channels.

A solid bowl helical conveyor centrifuge, including a rotatable drum having a horizontally-oriented axis of rotation and a rotatable screw arranged in the rotatable drum. Also included is at least one discharge opening oriented at an angle with respect to the horizontally-oriented axis of rotation. The at least one discharge opening is configured to discharge solids from the rotatable drum. An adjusting device is assigned to the at least one discharge opening and by which adjusting device an outlet cross-section of the at least one discharge opening is changeable. The adjusting device includes a movable adjusting disk arranged in the rotatable drum as an extension of the rotatable screw, and which movable adjusting disk is non-rotatably connected with one or more of the following: a) the rotatable drum, b) the rotatable screw, and c) a screw body. At least one connecting rod is fastened to the movable adjusting disk.

Solid bowl helical conveyor centrifuge comprising an adjustable outlet for solids

A solid bowl screw centrifuge includes a centrifuging chamber and a rotatable drum having a horizontal axis of rotation. The rotatable drum surrounds the centrifuging chamber. Also included is a rotatable screw arranged in the rotatable drum, at least one solids discharge, at least one liquid discharge duct and a peeling disk via which liquids are discharged through the liquid discharge duct. Further included is a blocking chamber connected to an output side of the peeling disk.

A housing structure adapted for use in a horizontal solid-bowl screw decanter centrifuge, includes an outer housing body having a bottom area formed with an assembly opening which extends over a substantial length of the housing body and is destined for insertion of a tubular inner bowl. The inner bowl is secured to the housing body at opposite end faces of the housing body and is formed for discharge of solids and liquids with connection ports which extend radially with respect to an axis of rotation of the centrifuge. The outer housing body has opposite axial ends formed with access openings for insertion of a rotor and a transmission into the interior space of the inner bowl.
