Tubular belt conveyor system

A hose belt conveyor system that is provided with support rollers that are divided into garlands of rollers. That roller which rolls along the belt to the side of the belt edge of the overlapping portion of the belt, is provided with an extension, the end of which is preferably rounded off. This extension brings about a considerable reduction of the wear of this belt edge.

Hose belt conveyer system

A belt conveyer system where along various sections great differences in height must be overcome. A conveyer belt that is initially spread flat is guided in steeply inclined stretches to form a closed hose. To satisfactorily transport, without loss, even difficult-to-handle, fine-particled material, the transition from a steep section into a horizontal section, or even to a discharge station, the steadily opening cross-sectional area is a critical process. To avoid the danger of disruption, a cover belt is provided that extends over the transition zone. The lower run of this cover belt extends into the opening hose cross-section of the conveyer belt, rests directly upon the transported material, and is supported on both sides on the edges of the conveyer belt.

Belt conveyer system

A hose belt conveyer system is proposed in which the material that is to be conveyed is transported by a conveyer belt that can be closed to form a hose belt. The support rollers are arranged in the form of roller garlands, which results in a flexible adaptation to the belt volume, as well as advantages during assembly and repair and maintenance of the system. The significant positioning of the roller garlands and their rollers effects a low-wear and energy-saving operation of the system.
