A gearing mechanism includes a housing component and a shaft mounted in the housing component. The shaft is driven rotating relative to the housing component with regard to a rotation axis in a first rotation direction and in a second rotation direction opposite the first rotation direction. There is also a wrap element that wraps the shaft multiple times. A first end of the wrap element is fastened to the housing component. It is also possible that an inward oriented friction surface is provided and that the wrap element is arranged within the inward oriented friction surface at least in sections in order to interact with the friction surface. In an alternative embodiment, a brake element is provided, the shaft comprises a brake element receptacle that at least partially accommodates the brake element and a contact surface is allocated to the brake element for interacting with the brake element.

The present invention relates to an adjustment drive, in particular for a vehicle, for driving a component, comprising a drive unit having comprises a first output shaft, wherein an output unit or an intermediate unit, which is disposed between the input unit and the output unit, can be adapted in a modular manner to the first output shaft.

Adjustment drive having integrated additional functions

The invention relates to a drive device in vehicle component, comprising an electric drive motor, the armature shaft thereof being connected to a gearbox device for driving an output shaft. The gearbox device comprises at least one double gearbox unit, made of two gear stages having two changes in direction.

An armature for a direct current motor, in particular for a permanent-magnet-excited DC motor, has an armature body, with armature teeth joined in one piece together via a short-circuit ring and offset by equal circumferential angles, each with a tooth neck for receiving an armature winding and with a tooth head that protrudes past the tooth neck in the circumferential direction. For an axial lengthening of the armature body that is simple and economical to produce, one preferably stacked flux-conducting element each, whose profile corresponds to the tooth head profile, is placed on the axially pointing end faces of the tooth heads.

Armature for a direct current motor

A needle bearing for use in a pump has an inner race, embodied as an eccentric sleeve, needles, and an outer race with rims oriented radially inward on both of its face ends, of which one rim is intended to secure the axial position of the needles and the outer race by engagement with the inner race, in that a rim fits over one end face of the inner race. In the pump unit, the needle bearing is disposed with an axial gap from a roller bearing on a shaft of a drive motor. The rim of the outer race engages this gap.

An electric motor having a cup-shaped motor housing for containing a shaft and a motor cover that closes the motor housing. The motor cover has a peripheral section extending essentially radial to the shaft and an inner section extending essentially axial to the shaft. The inner section at least partially, radially encloses a bearing for supporting the shaft. The electric motor is fastened to a connecting block in order to be connected to a subassembly to be rotated by the shaft. The peripheral section of the motor cover and the connecting block touch each other on at least one support. The motor housing and the connecting block are axially clamped in relation to each other by means of a clamping element. The peripheral section of the motor cover is axially connected to the motor housing in detent fashion.

Electric motor

The invention relates to a motor-pump arrangement, having a cup-shaped motor housing for receiving an electric motor, and a pump housing that can be mounted on the motor housing. The pump housing can be mounted on the face end (R) of the motor housing opposite the cup bottom, and that a cap is provided, which can be pressed into the motor housing on the open face end and seals off this housing, the cap has a central bore for a drive shaft and at least one further opening, near the edge, for a through-plated hole.

Motor-pump arrangement

A unit comprising a drive motor and a radial piston pump is proposed, in which unit an armature of the drive motor and an eccentric of the radial piston pup are carried by a common unitary shaft which has three bearings. A three-bearing mounting, known from the prior art, for a shaft of this kind consists of three ball bearings, which are expensive. The invention proposes to replace the ball bearing situated at the greatest distance from the eccentric in the prior art by a slide bearing, and to design the latter as a sintered metal bearing and to impregnate it with a viscous lubricant. The unit according to the invention can be used as a component of an anti-lock device of a vehicle brake installation or of a drive-slip control device acting on driven wheels.
