An anchor arrangement is provided for surgical tissue repair, such as in particular for repair of a meniscus tear, having at least one first anchor and one second anchor, which are movable along a hollow needle for placement on a tissue to be repaired and connected to each other via a seam element. The first anchor and the second anchor each extend between a distal end and a proximal end and form a guide surface on the outside thereof for contacting an inside of a hollow needle at least in part. In addition, there are deflectors on the anchors, via which a torque can be applied at least in part to the anchors during or after setting. At least one of the anchors has at least two anchor sections, which are movable relative to each other and which can be pivoted relative to each other between a folded position, in which the guide surface spans a cross-section deviating from a circular profile, and an unfolded position.

A device () for continuous infusions has a housing () in which an infusion appliance seat () is provided for receiving an infusion appliance () with at least one container () that can be pressed empty by means of a ram (), which infusion appliance seat () extends along a main axis of extent (AA) from a ram-side end () to an outlet-side end (). The continuous infusion device () moreover has an actuator () for automatically emptying the infusion appliance (), a drive () for moving a ram abutment/actuation element () of the actuator (), and a control arrangement () by means of which a speed of advance of the actuator () is adjustable. Provision is made here that the main axis of extent (AA) of the infusion appliance seat () has a predetermined relief angle (W) in relation to a support plane (E) of the housing (), and here the outlet-side end () is arranged above the ram-side end () of the infusion appliance seat ().

Continuous infusion device

An injection device has a housing in which a syringe can be received that has an injection needle, a receiving chamber, a piston and a piston ram, and a control arrangement for controlled actuation of the syringe during an application procedure that includes at least one puncture stroke, one injection stroke and one return stroke. The control arrangement has an actuation element for applying a drive force to a syringe holder which is movable relative to the housing and on which the receiving chamber can be secured, a ram holder which is movable relative to the housing and on which the piston ram can be secured, and a transmission mechanism by means of which the ram holder can be coupled to the actuation element. Provision is made that the transmission mechanism has a toothed gearing by means of which the ram holder can be driven, according to a relative movement of the actuation element with respect to the housing, and which for this purpose has teeth on the housing.

A continuous infusion device with a housing, in which an infusion device can be inserted. The infusion device includes at least one infusion liquid container which can be pressed out; an actuating device for pressing out the infusion device; a drive for moving the actuating device, the drive having a mechanical energy storage device; and a mechanical control arrangement, wherein a speed of the actuating device can be adjusted. The control arrangement has a brake device that provides at least one brake element, which can be braked and is motion-coupled to the drive, and a magnetic member wherein a magnetic field can be generated that applies a brake force to the brake element.

An injection device including a carrier housing in which an injection unit having at least one injection liquid container that can be pressed out can be inserted, and an actuating device which can be driven along an injection direction (R) to activate the injection unit. The actuating device includes a piercing carriage a receptacle for the injection unit, and an injection carriage which can be displaced relative to the piercing carriage. The injection carriage has an actuating plunger for acting on a plunger of the injection unit. The piercing carriage and the injection carriage can be actuated by a force application means at least in order to carry out a piercing stroke and an injection stroke, and a piercing depth (tE) of the injection unit can be set. For this purpose, the receptacle is mounted on the piercing carriage adjustably in the injection direction (R).

An injection device () comprises a housing () in which a receiving chamber () is provided for an injection mechanism () having an injection fluid container () that can be pressed out by means of an injection plunger (). The injection device () further comprises an actuating device () that can be driven for automatically pressing out the injection fluid container (), wherein said actuating device can be displaced between an insertion/removal position outside of the receiving chamber () and an injection position within the receiving chamber (), wherein the actuating device () is spaced by a release distance (d) from the receiving chamber () in the insertion/removal position. A contact mechanism () is provided, by means of which the actuating device () can be brought into a stop position in which an actuating stop () of the actuating device () contacts the injection plunger () and in which an injection volume adjustment () is automatically actuated.

An injection apparatus () has a carrier housing (), into which an injection device () having at least one injection fluid container () that can be pressed out can be inserted, and an actuating apparatus () which can be driven along an injection direction (R) in order to activate the injection device () and which can be acted on for performing at least one pricking stroke and one injection stroke by a mechanical energy storage unit () and an electrical transport unit (). The invention provides for the actuating apparatus () to be driven in the injection direction (R) by the driving force of a mechanical energy storage unit () and for the electrical transport unit () to form a speed limiter which acts counter to the driving force during an injection, in order to limit a stroke speed attained via the energy storage unit.

Electromechanical injection apparatus

An injection device having parts, the relative movement of which causes the active substance to be injected. For this purpose, a receptacle, into and in which a carpule/syringe can be inserted and mounted, is retained in a housing, the receptacle can be moved by means of a carriage, and a plunger that applies a force to the piston/s of the carpule/syringe is movably retained in the receptacle. A traction rope which is deflected by means of a roll mounted on the carriage is provided for performing the pricking stroke, injection stroke, and retracting stroke. One end of the traction rope is connected to the receptacle while the other end thereof is connected to a tension spring that is retained on the housing. Mechanisms between the housing, the receptacle, the plunger, and the carriage control the reciprocal coupling thereof to the traction rope.

Injection device

A rotational damper having a stator and a rotor that is rotatably supported in the stator, the rotor having a first friction element (A . . .F), wherein the volume between the stator and the rotor is filled with a viscous fluid. According to the invention, the rotor has a second friction element (A . . .F), which is supported coaxially in relation to the first friction element and rotationally coupled thereto, and which can be axially displaced relative to the first friction element. Due to the two-piece design of the friction element and the ability for axial displacement of the two friction elements, the entire effective surface of the friction element in the viscous fluid, and thus the frictional resistance and the damping characteristics of the rotational damper, can be varied. For this purpose, the second friction element preferably has a plurality of segments (A . . .F), which immerse into the first friction element and can be displaced by an actuator (A . . .G). These segments bring about the rotational coupling of the two friction elements. In this manner, continuous adjustment of the damping torque can occur across a broad range using a simple mechanism, in order to meet the diverse requirements in terms of size and type of rotational damping in various applications, using only one model.

Rotational damper

An injection device for a syringe, having a syringe body, a cannula with a needle, a plunger with a plunger rod, and an injection carriage for displacing the syringe body and the plunger, comprises at least one actuating element that acts on the injection carriage to carry out the injection procedure. The actuating element () cooperates with components which withdraw the needle () from the puncture site once the injection procedure has been completed, using a return stroke (H) that is applied to the injection carriage. A single, targeted linear movement inserts the needle to a defined depth, injects the medicament and, once the injection has been completed, produces a return stroke which allows the needle to be withdrawn into the housing and thus out from the puncture site.

An injection device for holding and activating a two-chamber ampulla has components whose relative movement causes the pistons of the two-chamber ampulla to be moved in order to mix the substances, as well as devices for injecting the product which is mixed in this way. For this purpose, a receptacle () into which the two-chamber ampulla () can be inserted and secured is held in a housing (), and the receptacle () can be displaced by means of a carriage (). A tappet () which acts on the pistons (A,B) is movably held in the receptacle (). A traction cable () which is deflected by means of a roller () which is mounted on the carriage () and one of whose ends is connected to the receptacle () and the other end of which is connected to a tension spring () which is held on the housing () is provided in order to carry out a mixing stroke, insertion stroke, injection stroke and a return stroke. Devices which can be activated automatically and/or manually between the housing (), receptacle (), tappet () and carriage () control their alternating coupling to the traction cable () and thus the sequence of the mixing stroke, insertion stroke, injection stroke and return stroke. The invention thus provides a partially automatic injection device for two-chamber ampullas whose handling comfort and safety for the patient are substantially improved.

A plug connector for printed circuits comprises a plug (), which supports the contact section () of the printed circuit () on one side and a retaining element (), by means of which the plug () may be pre-fixed, restrained in a pre-determined axial catch position in the port. On passing the axial catch position, the contact section () reaches the contact position with the contact spot of the port, by means of a vertical movement component, where the contact section is locked in a final position by means of a locking element.

An injection device used to accommodate a commercially available syringe in simple components whereby the use thereof enables push-in and injection to occur successively, especially in the case of manual operation. The operations can also be carried out automatically with the aid of simple additional components.

An injection device that is used with a syringe, wherein the injection needle of the syringe is initially introduced into the skin and the injection fluid is injected afterwards. The injection device is essentially driven and controlled by a control sleeve ( ) which can be displaced and/or rotated in relation to the housing ( ) and which can be moved between a closing and functional position (P ) and an open and safety position (P ). In the closing and functional position, the control sleeve prevents access to the syringe and activates a release device for the injection process. In the open and safety position, a syringe ( ) can be removed or inserted. A plurality of components carrying out the injection process (a slide ( ) in which the syringe ( ) is placed and a plunger ( ) that impinges upon the syringe piston) are moved or controlled depending on the movement and position of the control sleeve or supported (for example, an ejection device for the syringe or a signaling device informing that injection has been completed). The device enables full-automatic injection that can be reliably carried out by patients themselves with few handling procedures.

In an expansible fixing plug having an internal bore passing right through the plug body into which an expansion bolt in the form of a nail or screw is to be driven, the internal bore is arranged helically wound around the center line and at least for a part of its length has a diameter that is the same as or slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the expansion bolt.
