In one embodiment, an integrated circuit is disclosed. The integrated includes a general purpose processor, an interface circuit, and a calibration adapter circuit. The general purpose processor circuit generates calibration test inputs based on user instruction. The analog interface circuit may include a calibration bus circuit. The calibration bus circuit may receive the calibration test input from the general purpose processor circuit. The calibration adapter circuit is coupled to the calibration bus circuit and the general purpose processor circuit and transmits the calibration test inputs to the calibration bus circuit.

Integrated circuit calibration system using general purpose processors

A phase interpolator circuit includes differential pairs of transistors, current source circuits, and a transimpedance amplifier circuit. Each of the current source circuits is coupled to provide current through one of the differential pairs of transistors. The transimpedance amplifier circuit converts the current through the differential pairs of transistors into a voltage signal.

Techniques for phase shifting periodic signals

An integrated circuit having a regulator circuit capable of tracking reference voltages is provided. The integrated circuit includes shunt regulator circuitry. The shunt regulator circuitry includes a shunt regulator circuit and a voltage tracking circuit. The shunt regulator circuit has an output on which a regulated voltage is provided. The shunt regulator circuit also provides electrical current to the output when the regulated voltage is outside of a voltage range bounded by first and second reference voltages. The voltage tracking circuit may be coupled to the shunt regulator circuit. The voltage tracking circuit may generate the first and second reference voltages. In one instance, the first voltage is greater than the regulated voltage and the second voltage is less than the regulated voltage.

Regulator circuitry capable of tracking reference voltages

A circuit includes a duty cycle calibration circuit, a duty cycle detection circuit, and a feedback control circuit. The duty cycle calibration circuit is operable to generate a first clock signal based on a second clock signal using an inverter and a first transistor. The first transistor is coupled in parallel with a second transistor in the inverter. The duty cycle detection circuit is operable to generate a voltage signal that varies based on changes in a duty cycle of the first clock signal. The feedback control circuit is operable to generate a control signal based on the voltage signal. The duty cycle calibration circuit is operable to control the duty cycle of the first clock signal based on the control signal controlling a current through the first transistor.
