The present invention relates to a container base for holding live poultry, a container segment for holding live poultry that can be stacked onto such a container base, and a container cover as well as to a container assembly for holding live poultry, comprising such a container base and at least one such container segment placed on top of the container base. Furthermore the invention also relates to a method for loading the container assembly according the present invention.

A food processing system for processing food products includes a food processing device for processing food products, at least one filling station at which packaging trays are filled with those food products, and a conveyor system configured for conveying the packaging trays. The food processing system also includes a distribution control system configured for linking product information, in the form of one or more characteristics of the packaging trays and/or the food products in said trays, to the respective packaging tray, and for activating the conveyor system, the at least one filling station and the food processing device, and for activating two or more export stations.

A meat-processing system includes a production station for producing meat products, a processing station for processing the meat products, and a conveying system configured for conveying the meat products in a conveying direction along a conveying path from the production station to the processing station. The conveying system includes a supply conveyor and a discharge conveyor. The supply conveyor is configured for transferring the meat products to the discharge conveyor in such a manner that the discharge orientation with which the meat products are delivered by the production station differs from the orientation with which the meat products are supplied to the processing station.

Device and method for bringing into position and arranging a carcass or carcass part of slaughtered poultry on or in a product carrier

A conveyor device for conveying slaughtered poultry or one or more pieces thereof, comprising a plurality of carriers, each suitable for carrying slaughtered poultry or one or more pieces thereof. The device also comprises at least one guide which supports the carriers and guides them such that they can move in a conveying direction, a drive member which advances parallel to the guide for jointly driving a plurality of carriers in the conveying direction, and coupling means associated with each carrier for coupling the carrier to the drive member. The conveyor device is also provided with decoupling means, which can be actuated by an actuating member, for selectively decoupling one or more of the carriers from the drive member.
