A wind sail sign system for mounting to existing sign structural columns and a method of raising or lowering a wind sail sign over and around other signs comprising a winch assembly and guide elements. The wind sail sign of the instant invention is constructed of lightweight materials, quick-change frame assemblies and laminated panels.

Lowerable changeable message and maintenance sign

An outdoor pull-down signboard is provided which is adaptable to existing sign support columns by being mounted above and in-front-of the existing signs and in some cases utilizes the reader board panels extracted from the existing signs. A frame for retaining and rapidly replacing picture panels covers all or a portion of the signboards face and further provides a transparent panel covering a reader board portion is also provided.

Outdoor pull-down display sign for use with existing outdoor signs

A motor driven multi-faced revolving sign for mounting on existing sign pedestals. Whereby a removable quarter section is provided so that the sign may be clamp mounted around an existing sign pedestal without removing the existing sign. An adaptor is also provided to facilitate the mounting and operation of the sign regardless of size or configuration of most existing pedestals.

The disclosed invention is an energy conservation system for heating and ventilating structures, particularly buildings with large refrigeration units such as convenience stores, grocery stores and restaurants. The system employs a plurality of manifold assemblies in conjunction with existing air conditioning and heating units to control air flow to recover heat from external heat exchangers of refrigeration units or provide interior ventilation with exterior air. The manifold assemblies preferably employ either a flexible damper gate sliding along tracks on a pivoted gate damper to control air flow.
