A filter apparatus, in particular for the filtration of hydraulic media, includes a filter housing () and a filter element () arranged in the filter housing, Air present in the filter housing () can be removed from the housing by suction by a degassing device () that generates a negative pressure.

Filter apparatus

A filter device has a first connection (A) to a hydraulic working circuit, an associated filter element (F) and an additional connection (A) by which leakage oil amounts of hydraulic components can be fed. A control apparatus (V) can feed the leakage oil amounts from the additional connection (A) to the filter element (F) when a specified working pressure of the working circuit is not reached at the first connection (A).

Filter device

A filtering device for fluids includes a filter housing () and a filter element () received in the filter housing. The filter element has an end cap () on at least one end. The end cap forms an enclosure for the corresponding end edge of the filtering material () and is fixed on an element receiver () interacting with the bottom part () of the filter housing () to fix the position of the filter element () in its functional position. The element receiver forms a fluid path for the cleaned fluid exiting the hollow chamber () of the filter element (). The element receiver () contains a valve arrangement () blocking the fluid path (). A control device () releasing the valve arrangement () in the functional position is on the end cap () of the filtering element (). The end cap is fixed on the element receiver ().

Filtering device, and filtering element for use in such a filtering device

A filter device, in particular a reflux vacuum filter, has at least one filter housing () in which at least one filter element () can be accommodated. The filter element defines a longitudinal axis (), and has at least two valve units in the form of a bypass valve (V) and of a pre-pressurizing valve (V). The valve units are arranged concentric to and along the longitudinal axis () of each filter element ().

Filter device, particularly reflux vacuum filter, and filter element for such a filter device

A filter device has a cup-shaped filter housing (), a filter element () in the housing and at least one end cap (). A retaining device detachably fixes the filter element () along its longitudinal axis and has screwing elements () interacting with each other and configured on the interior of the filter housing () and on the filter element (). A sealing device () forms the seal between the filter element () and a housing terminating part () limiting the filter housing () at an end. The housing terminating part () forms an element receiving device having a fluid passage () concentric to the longitudinal axis (). The fluid passage has inner screwing elements (). A connecting piece () of the end cap () is able to be screwed into the passage using outer screwing elements (). The sealing device has a sealing element () that is combined with the end cap () to form a cohesive component and that is accommodated in a seat () configured at the transition between the end cap () and the adjacent beginning of the thread turns () of the screwing elements () positioned at the connecting piece ().

Filter device and filter element

A coupling device provides a quick-release coupling of hose-like or tubular pipes to a connecting part at an outlet for a pressurized fluid. The connecting part has a locating face against which the end face of a flange positioned at the end of the pipe can be pressed by means of clamping screws. A sealing element is held between the flange and locating face. The clamping screws are anchored in the connecting part. The locating face of the connecting part is embodied by the base of a recess surrounding the outlet. The flange, at the end of the pipe, is housed in the recess such that the edge of the recess secures the flange against radial displacement. The clamping screws directly cooperate with the face of the flange opposite the end face.

Coupling device for the quick-release coupling of hose-like or tubular pipes to a connecting part

A fitting for formation of a fluid-conducting connection on a container () of plastic, in particular a tank for receiving a fluid, specifically a hydraulic fluid, has a connection part in the form of a hollow element () with a jacket (). The jacket extends along a longitudinal axis of the hollow element () between its ends (). The hollow element () is embedded in the plastic of the wall () of the container (). An open end () of the hollow element () on the edge of an opening () in the container () and at least one partial area of the jacket () of the hollow element () are enclosed by the plastic of the wall () of the container ().

Fitting for formation of a fluid-conducting connection

A filter device has a filter housing () receiving a first filter element (), through which a medium may flow in a given direction, and has a bypass device (). Along with the first filter element (), a second filter element () is provided. The filter elements are arranged in series, one behind the other, in the direction of flow. When the bypass device () is activated, the second filter element (), immediately following in the direction of flow, filters the medium. The second filter element thus takes over the main filtration of the medium on actuation and operation of the bypass device, since the first filter element is essentially no longer available for a filtration process due to the bypass device.

A filter device includes at least one filter unit (), connectable to a hydraulic circuit (), with at least one supply line (), one discharge line (), and at least one cooling unit (). The cooling unit is connected to a secondary branch line (), is connected to the hydraulic unit () parallel to the supply line (), and is supplied with a hydraulic medium by a switching device () once a predetermined temperature threshold value of the hydraulic medium to be cooled is attained. A permanent supply () for the cooling unit () is provided in the direction of flow of the hydraulic medium in the supply line () before the switching device (). This permanent supply (), connected in parallel to the switching device (), flows into the secondary branch line () to control the volume flow in reverse flow according to the fluid temperature. A partial flow of the hydraulic medium in the supply line directly reaches the cooling unit at low or reduced temperatures, at which the switching device has not yet been actuated to ensure that the cooling unit is permanently supplied with the hydraulic medium.

A filtering device, especially a suction return filter includes a filter housing having two useful connections and a tank connection, and accommodates at least one filter element. The filter housing also provided with three return valves, two of which are held in the closing position by spring loads. All of the return valves are combined as a module at one end of the filter housing. The remaining return valve is configured as an integral constituent part of one of the spring-loaded return valves, has an opposite opening direction relative to it, and is not spring loaded. This arrangement enables the return valve unit to have a compact arrangement which can be structurally easily connected to the filter housing at a central point.

Filtering device, especially a suction return filter

A twin filter comprises two filter housings 11 and 12 which are selectively supplied by a switchover device having a housing 13 with a liquid to be filtered. A closure slide 42 is movable in the housing 13 into two closed positions in which it blocks the supply of the liquid to one of the two filter housings. The closure slide 42 is released from its closed position for displacement into the respective other closed position by a releasing device in the form of a lifting device 48.
