An electrical short-circuiting device includes a fixed contact piece and a movable contact piece. The fixed and movable contact pieces are distanced from one another in a basic position and electrically conductively connected to one another in a short-circuit position. A drive transfers the movable contact piece from the basic position into the short-circuit position, and a trigger device includes an electrically driven actuator for triggering the drive.

Short-circuiting device, converter and short-circuiting method

A switch, in particular a grounding switch, is for quickly establishing a ground connection and for extinguishing an arc fault for a switching system. The grounding switch includes at least one fixed contact having a first cable feed, a moving contact, a contact guide having a second cable feed, and a mechanical energy store. In the opened state, an insulating distance between the fixed contact and the moving contact, is filled with insulation liquid, at least in part. The switch further includes a triggering device and a locking mechanism.

Quickly closing switch element

A double-acting refrigerant compressor includes a piston freely guided on two cylinder portions arranged opposite to each other and being immobile relative to each other. The piston includes a flow channel extending internally through the piston. Each cylinder portion and the piston include, along the flow channel, respectively at least one back-check valve. The back-check valves are arranged in such a manner that their flow directions are unidirectional.

Double acting refrigeration compressor

A device for stimulation via electric and magnetic fields is provided. The autonomic/vegetative nervous system can be controlled by signals in the frequency ranges of 0.05 to 0.15 Hz and 0.15 to 0.30 Hz, respectively. By addition of characteristic sinusoidal oscillations between the head and a peripheral area with the corresponding low-frequency sympathetic or parasympathetic control frequency as base oscillation and with application-typical EEG frequencies and higher-frequency sinusoidal oscillations in the range of ca. 250 to 1500 Hz, characteristic stimulation programs are established. These are applied by field applicators in the upper body area and in the lower body. The associated mat applicators distribute field energy. The field applicator is equipped with a combination of a magnetic-field-generating coil arrangement and an electrode arrangement generating the electric field. The electrode generating the electric field can at the same time be designed as a magnetic-field-generating coil.

In an apparatus for EMC testing of electrical devices, conductors are arranged at opposite sides of a chamber of conductive material at a spacing from and parallel to the chamber walls. These conductors form a symmetrical double line and are fed out of phase at one end by a radio frequency source. They are electrically connected to the chamber walls at the other end via terminating impedances.
