An expansion valve for at least one of an air conditioning system, a battery cooler, and an oil cooler of a motor vehicle is disclosed. The expansion valve includes a housing, a sensor, a stepping motor or a brushless DC (BLDC) motor, a valve seat, and a valve body interacting with the valve seat. The stepping motor or the BLDC motor includes a rotor and a stator surrounding the rotor. The rotor includes a shaft and a permanent magnet body that is connected to the shaft in a rotationally fixed manner. The sensor is structured and arranged to detect at least one of an axial position and an angle of rotation of the permanent magnet body.

Expansion valve

A double-armature solenoid valve may include an adjustable first armature and an adjustable second armature arranged axially opposite each other along a common adjustment axis, and a coil mechanism configured to provide a magnetic flux. The valve may also include a first restoring spring, a second restoring spring, an inlet opening arranged on an axial side of the first armature opposite the second armature, and an outlet opening arranged on an axial side of the second armature opposite the first armature. The inlet opening and the outlet opening may be connected via a fluid duct. The first armature and the second armature may respectively have a different closing time such that when an energization of the coil mechanism is at least one of interrupted and reduced the inlet opening is closable more quickly via the first armature than the outlet opening via the second armature.

Double-armature solenoid valve and operating method

A fuel filter may include a housing and a filter element positioned within the housing. A water collection chamber may be defined in the housing and may be constructed and arranged to collect water separated from a fuel. A water level sensor may be positioned within the water collection chamber. The water level sensor may be constructed and arranged to detect a water level in the water collection chamber. The water level sensor may include an electrically conductive plastic first terminal.

Fuel filter

A water level sensor device of a fuel filter may include a printed circuit board and a water level sensor composed of electrically conductive plastic. The water level sensor may be coupled to the printed circuit board via an electrically conductive metal element. The metal element may be coupled to the water level sensor via a press-fit assembly. The metal element may include a sharp-edged fastening contour configured to tear open the plastic of the water level sensor when the metal element is pressed against the water level sensor.

Water level sensor device for a fuel filter

A preheating device for an internal combustion engine may include an inlet connection for connecting a distributor rail of a fuel injection system and an outlet connection for connecting a fuel injector of the fuel injection system. A preheating chamber may be fluidically connected with the inlet connection and the outlet connection and be flowable through by a fuel flow. At least one electrical heating element may be included for heating the fuel flow in the preheating chamber. At least one metallic heating body, which may be exposed to the fuel flow in the preheating chamber, may receive the at least one heating element.

Preheating device for a fuel injection system

A tank filter insert having a filter insert housing having at least one inlet and at least one outlet; a filter device for filtering the liquid stored in the tank; and a heating device, which heats the housing at least in the region of the at least one inlet, the at least one outlet, and the filter device.

Filter insert

A wastegate valve device for a supercharging device may include a valve disc, which is connected to an actuator device via a drive train. The wastegate valve device may include at least one damping element arranged between the valve disc and the actuator device. The drive train may have an inner section, which is arranged inside a fluid path of a driving fluid. The inner section may include a spindle arm, which is connected to a spindle and to the valve disc. The spindle may be connected to an operating arm, which is arranged in an outer section of the drive train. The operating arm may be arranged outside the fluid path, and may be connected to an operating rod, which is connected to the actuator device. The damping element may be arranged in a connection region of the drive train.

Wastegate valve device

A water discharge device may include a water collection chamber including a water drainage valve. At least one water sensor may be arranged in a region of the water collection chamber for determining a water level in the water collection chamber and for controlling the water drainage valve. A device may be configured to maintain the water sensor in contact with the water by keeping a water level artificially high in the region of the water collection chamber at the water sensor.

Water discharge device

An actuating drive for an adjustable actuating element may include an actuator for producing drive forces. A toggle lever may be connected to the actuating element by a first toggle lever joint. A force transmission may connect the actuator to the toggle lever. An output-side output element may be mounted pivotably on a supporting housing section of the actuating drive. The toggle lever may be connected to the output element by a second toggle lever joint. A transverse support may be oriented transversely to a linear movement direction and configured to support at least one of the toggle lever and the actuating element on a guiding housing section of the actuating device.

Actuating drive, exhaust gas recirculating valve, turbocharger

A force sensor for the measurement of tensile forces in a pulling means. The force sensor has a base body which has a first abutment at a first end for the fixing of an end of a first pulling means and a second abutment at a second end disposed diametrically opposite the first end for the fixing of an end of a second pulling means. An electromechanically operating force measurement sensor is arranged at least in the region of one of the abutments such that a tensile force is transmitted from the end of the first pulling means via the force measurement sensor to the first abutment and from there via the second abutment to the second pulling means. A replacement of the second pulling means is only possible when the base body of the sensor has been moved into a waiting position.
