The present disclosure relates to an over-the-air test apparatus for testing a device under test over-the-air. The test apparatus includes an antenna that is connected with a radio frequency circuit having at least three ports. A first port of the radio frequency circuit is connected with a first path that includes a connector configured to connect a signal analyzer and/or a signal generator with the over-the-air test circuit. A second port of the radio frequency circuit is connected with a second path that encompasses a detector. The second path includes an interface configured to be connected with a power meter, a signal analyzer or a feedback interface of a signal generator. Further, a test system is described.

Over the air power sensor and method

An over the air measurement module comprises an antenna, adapted to receive a first measuring signal from a device under test or to transmit a second measuring signal to the device under test. It also comprises an analog signal processor, directly connected to said antenna, adapted to reduce a frequency of the received first measuring signal, resulting in a frequency reduced first measuring signal, or adapted to increase a frequency of a frequency reduced second measuring signal, resulting in the second measuring signal. It also has a connector connected to said analog signal processor and is adapted to output the first frequency reduced measuring signal or is adapted to receive the second frequency reduced measuring signal.

Over the air measurement module

An over the aft measurement module comprises an antenna, adapted to receive a first measuring signal from a device under test or adapted to transmit a second measuring signal to the device under test. Furthermore, the over the air measurement module comprises a mixer, directly connected to said antenna, adapted to reduce or increase a frequency of the received first measuring signal, resulting in a frequency reduced or increased first measuring signal, or adapted to increase or reduce a frequency of a frequency reduced or increased second measuring signal, resulting in the second measuring signal. In addition to this, the over the air measurement module comprises a first connector, connected to said mixer, adapted to input a local oscillator signal into the mixer for frequency conversion.

A measuring system for performing measurements on a device under test is provided. The measuring system comprises a measuring device, a probe connected to the measuring device, a power sensor and a positioning unit. The positioning unit is adapted to connect the probe to the power sensor in a first configuration and to the device under test in a second configuration. The measuring device is adapted to generate a first signal. The probe is adapted to supply the first signal to the power sensor and the first configuration and to supply the first signal to the device under test and the second configuration. The power sensor is adapted to determine the power of the first signal and the first configuration.
