A gas burner for cooking appliances, having overlapping main flame and simmering flame rings, includes an injector holder assembly associated with a first and a second injector and positioned below a cooktop opening; and a head assembly associated at the top with the injector holder assembly and positioned above the cooktop opening, the head assembly having a first chamber communicating with the first injector and with doors for ejecting the gas and primary air mixture supplied to the main flame ring, and a second chamber communicating with the second injector and with a passageway for ejecting the gas and primary air mixture supplied to the simmering flame ring. The second chamber communicates with a through opening in the outer side walls of the head assembly to receive primary air from above the cooktop, and the head assembly completely seals the cooktop opening where the gas burner is to be installed.

Gas burner for cooking appliances

A gas valve unit to be connected to a gas source includes a body having an inlet, a main chamber in the body communicating with the inlet and having a main outlet communicating with the outlet of the gas valve unit, a disc-shaped element in the main chamber with one or more openings putting the main chamber in communication with the main outlet hole and rotatable between a closing position, where the main outlet hole is entirely covered by the disc-shaped element, and at least two opening positions in which the one or more openings face, at least in part, the main outlet hole to enable gas passage from the main chamber to the main outlet hole via the through opening, and a control unit associated causing the snapping rotation of the disc-shaped element between the closing position and an opening position, and between the at least two opening positions.

Gas valve unit

A multi flame-ring gas burner for cooktops includes a lower burner body configured to receive at least two injectors facing Venturi ducts; a first burner base with a first cap and with openings for a central flame ring; and a second burner base with a second annular cap and openings for an outer annular flame ring. The lower burner body has a seat for a spark plug interacting with the first burner base; two cylindrical seats having substantially horizontal and parallel axes accommodating two tubular elements internally shaped like linear Venturi ducts; and a substantially tubular portion projecting upward, the first burner base being integral with the projecting tubular portion. An injector-holder unit is applicable to the lower burner body and has two portions that are removably insertable into corresponding through holes in the lower burner body and facing the tubular elements internally shaped like linear Venturi ducts.

Gas burner with multiple rings of flames for cooking hobs

A gas burner for caravans, boats and vehicles in general includes an injector holder to be applied at an opening in a cooktop of a caravan, boat and/or vehicle in general and having an injector connected to a gas inlet; a burner cap resting on the injector holder and having a vertical conduit facing the injector at the bottom and leading, at the top, into a distribution chamber of the fuel mixture to generate a flame ring; and a cover resting on the burner cap and delimiting at the top the distribution chamber of the fuel mixture. At least two protruding pins are provided at the bottom surface of the cover and can be inserted into corresponding through holes in the burner cap to snappingly engage elastic coupling members coupled to the injector holder.

Gas burner for caravans, boats and vehicles in general

A gas burner for cooking appliances includes a cup-shaped lower support structure to be applied in a position corresponding with an opening made in the sheet metal of a cooking hob, an injector of substantially horizontal axis, applied to a lateral wall of a first cavity provided in the support structure, a substantially horizontal venturi conduit coaxial with the injector and opening at its downstream end into a second cavity provided in the support structure, open upwards, and communicating fluidly with a distribution chamber for the combustion mixture to generate a flame ring, wherein the venturi conduit includes a tubular element separate from the support structure, housed to undergo free axial movement within a corresponding seat provided in the support structure and lockable in the desired axial position by a locking member accessible from above the support structure through the opening provided in the sheet metal of the cooking hob.
