An electric hand power grinder formed as an eccentric grinder has a grinding plate, a abrasive carrier provided on a lower side of the grinding plate and composed of a soft material, the abrasive carrier being plate-shaped and being fixed on the grinding plate by a surface adhesive means provided on a lower side of the grinding plate and producing a surface adhesive connection with the abrasive carrier.

Electric hand power grinder, in particular eccentric grinder

An electrical hand grinder has a machine housing having a housing axis and composed of two housing shells which are assembled with one another along a separating joint located in a plane of the housing axis, an electric motor having a driven shaft and received in the machine housing, an eccentric pin extending outwardly of the machine housing and driven by the driven shaft of the electric motor, a grinding disk arranged on the eccentric pin and having a lower side for receiving a grinding element, a ventilator wheel for cooling the electric motor, the ventilator wheel and the eccentric pin being formed as sheet metal stamped parts which are assembled with eccentrically oriented axes, one of the sheet metal stamped parts which forms the ventilator wheel being provided with a one-piece sleeve arranged on the driven shaft of the electric motor for joint rotation with the driven shaft.

An electric hand tool guided with both hands has a tool housing, a stationary handle, and an additional movable handle, the additional handle being turnable about a turning axis and being also displaceable longitudinally substantially along the turning axis.

Electric hand tool guided with two hands

A hand machine tool operated with two hands has a machine housing composed of insulating synthetic plastic shells, a fixed, web-shaped main handle formed as a part of the machine housing, an auxiliary handle, a drive including a motor and a transmission, at least one inner housing accommodating the motor and the transmission and surrounded by the synthetic plastic shells, and a tool driven by the drive. The handles, the machine housing, the inner housing and the tool are arranged so that forces applied to at least one of the handles are withdrawn from the machine housing by transferring the forces by the main handle directly to the inner housing without deforming the machine housing and then transferring the forces from the inner housing to the tool.

Machine tool

A power-operated sword saw comprises a plate-shaped sword having a lower region with a guiding groove, two saw blades reciprocatingly movable in opposite directions parallel to one another and each having a front saw blade tip and an opposite clamping end. The saw blades have a toothed side provided with a plurality of teeth and an opposite saw blade back guided in the guiding groove of the sword. A drive is coupled with the clamping ends of the saw blades through a clamping unit. The saw blades are jointly coupled with the clamping unit and released from the clamping unit by a blocking element which blocks the clamping ends in a coupling position and release the clamping ends in a contact-free manner.

Power-operated sword saw

An electric hand saw has a stationary sword having a lower side, a reciprocatable saw blade received in the lower side of the sword and having a rear end portion, a machine housing having a transmission outlet in which the rear end portion of the saw blade is received. The machine housing has a longitudinal slot located under the rear end portion of the saw blade. A suction passage is mounted on the lower side of the machine housing and has a sucking-in opening extending from the front end side of the suction passage to the longitudinal slot of the machine housing located under the rear end portion of the saw blade.

Electrical hand saw

A cutting roller for a hand-operated planing tool includes an elongated primary member and two pressure members, symmetrically surrounding the primary member at two side faces thereof. A plurality of planing knives are clamped between the pressure members and the primary member. The cutting roller is provided with fit elements which are attached to the primary member and fit in the recesses formed in the pressure members. During the assembly the fit members are aligned with the bearings of the cutting roller in the housing of the planing tool and then are attached to the primary member. The planing knives thereby are always aligned in the correct position with respect to the primary member. The pressure members are secured to the primary member by bolts.

The power driven, hand operated plane of the type having a fixed front guiding plate adjoining the circular path of movement of the planing knife, and a vertically adjustable rear guiding plate controlled by an adjustment device assembled of a control disk mounted at one end of a screw spindle and projecting partially from the housing; the other end of the spindle engages a nut which is secured to the shoe by a preadjustment mechanism; a biasing spring presses the shoe against the nut; a dial provided on top of the control disk is visible to the user through a window in the housing.
