A body structure for an electrically operated vehicle, having an installation space for a traction battery, which space is open toward the vehicle bottom in the vertical vehicle direction, is closed toward the vehicle top by a floor pan part that forms the vehicle floor, and is delimited on both sides in the transverse vehicle direction by a rocker panel that delimits a side-door opening toward the vehicle bottom, wherein a rear body longitudinal member that transitions into the respective rocker panel toward the front of the vehicle in the longitudinal vehicle direction extends on each vehicle side in the rear-end region, and wherein the relevant rear corner of the traction battery is enclosed by an interior corner region, in particular right-angled interior corner region, that stretches between the rocker panel and the front battery cross member.

Body structure for an electrically operated vehicle

An electric vehicle body structure includes an installation space being downwardly open and upwardly delimited by a floor body-panel profile section. A traction battery is inserted into the space from below, a battery housing flange under the profile section is screwed from below to the profile section at a screw connection having a vertical screw bolt penetrating a housing flange passage and screw hole in the profile section and screwed to a weld nut at a flange housing opposite side of the profile section. The flange is clamped between screw bolt head and profile section. A crash displaces the battery until an inner passage wall presses screw bolt against screw hole edge, subjecting the screw bolt to shear load reduced by an elongated weld nut shaft projecting into the screw hole. The screw bolt presses against the screw hole edge, with the weld nut shaft in intermediate position.

A bearing arrangement for a damper bearing of a shock absorber in a wheelhouse of a vehicle. A damper receptacle is formed in a wheelhouse sheet metal part delimiting the wheelhouse. A threaded bolt is guided through a damper bearing screw hole and through a screw hole of the damper receptacle and the bolt tip of the threaded bolt is screwed together with an internal thread of a reinforcement element which is arranged on the side of the damper receptacle. A positioning aid is associated with the damper receptacle, via which positioning aid the damper bearing of the shock absorber can be pre-positioned in an assembly process up to an installation position in which the screw hole of the damper bearing, the screw hole of the damper receptacle, and the reinforcement element internal thread are oriented flush with respect to each other in a screw direction.

The invention relates to a car body structure, especially a substructure, for a motor vehicle, with beam components that create defined load paths in collision situations. According to the invention, the elastomer bearing () is arranged at least partially in a receiving cavity () on the longitudinal member (), and the first bearing part () attached to the body spans the receiving cavity () in the form of an impact bridge fixed to the edges of the cavity.
