Aggregate bearing in bushing form

A hydramount, including a supporting bearing and a bearing member, which are supported on each other by a substantially frustoconical, first elastic spring element made of elastomeric material. The hydramount includes a working chamber and a compensating chamber, which are each filled with hydraulic fluid, are separated from each other by a partition, and are in fluid communication via a first damping opening. The supporting bearing is in the form of an internal, first supporting body, which is encircled by an external, second supporting body, at a radial distance. The first and the second supporting bodies are connected by the first elastic spring element and a second elastic spring element. The first elastic spring element and the second elastic spring element define at least two chambers filled with hydraulic fluid. The chambers are positioned transversely to the axis, substantially in diametric opposition to each other in the radial direction, and are in fluid communication via at least one second damping opening.

Hydraulic engine mount

A switchable, hydraulically damping bearing has a supporting bearing and a bearing member that are elastically supported upon one another by a bearing spring made of an elastomeric material. The bearing has a working chamber and a compensating chamber that are arranged consecutively in the direction of vibrations. The chambers are filled with damping fluid. The working chamber and the compensating chamber are delimited by a shared partition on the sides facing each other. The chambers are connected in a fluid-conducting manner by at least one damping conduit provided in the partition. The working chamber is delimited by at least one elastic diaphragm that delimits an air chamber on the side facing away from the working chamber. The air chamber is connected to the environment by a switchable intake valve or a non-return valve, depending on the operating state of a supported engine. The air chamber can be filled with air flowing through the non-return valve when the intake valve is closed and the bearing executes pulling movements, thereby increasing bearing rigidity.

Switchable, hydraulically damping bearing

A hydraulically damping rubber sleeve spring containing two annular parts is disclosed. The parts are assembled axially, and each annular part has an inner support sleeve and an outer support sleeve surrounding the inner one with radial spacing, as well as a spring element made of an elastomeric material which connects the support sleeves. The annular parts are provided with at least two recesses, and are configured and assembled such that the recesses complement one another to form first and second fluid-filled working chambers. The chambers are sealed with respect to the environment and joined to one another, in a manner allowing fluid to pass, by at least one damping passage. The two spring elements of the annular parts are braceable against one another in such a way that the axial and radial spring stiffness can be adjusted separately from one another.

Hydraulically damping rubber sleeve spring

A switchable bearing is disclosed which comprises a cup-shaped housing sealed by an annular spring element of an elastomeric material. Between the spring element and the housing base is a separating wall, which has at least one flow-through opening and which, together with the spring element, delimits a working chamber and, together with the housing, delimits a compensating chamber. The working chamber and the compensating chamber communicate through the flow-through opening and are filled with a hydraulic fluid. The flow-through opening is sealed by a piston of a control unit, arranged at least partially in the compensating chamber. The piston is actuated by a pressurized medium, and is connected in a gastight and relatively movable manner to an aneroid chamber, which is rigidly mounted in the housing and is capable of being charged with a pressurized medium. The aneroid chamber is delimited by a flexible first ring diaphragm, which seals off the piston and the aneroid chamber from the housing.

Switchable bearing

An alternating-resilience engine mount consists of a supporting component and a supported component, both of which move back and forth across an axis. The supported component is supported by the supporting component through the intermediary of two series-connected resilient rubber components. The motion of the second resilient component can be impeded when necessary by a so-called 'auxiliary device '. According to the invention, the two resilient components are interconnected and separated by a rigid tray.

Alternating-resilience engine mount

A hydraulically damped engine mount comprises liquid-filled working and equalization chambers 1, 2 which are separated by a resilient partition wall 3 and connected by a damping opening 4. The axially opposing working chamber 1 and the equalization chamber 2 are bounded by essentially non-deformable pistons, the latter being connected to a centrally disposed, annular fitting by means of an liquid-impermeable and elastically deformable annular body. These pistons are rigidly joined to one another by means of a connecting rod 7. The piston 9 bounding the equalization chamber 2 has a piston surface which is at least as large as the piston surface of the partition wall 3. The annular body corresponding to this piston is a first rolling membrane 6 which is curved in the axial direction toward the outside and the partition wall 3 is a second rolling membrane which is curved in the axial direction to extend into the working chamber 1. At its inside, this second rolling membrane is affixed liquid-tight to the connecting rod 7.
