A sealing arrangement includes face walls of two construction parts made of concrete, reinforced concrete or the like, these face walls being pressed against each other, particularly of tunnel tube segments, as well as a strand shaped seal made of elastomeric material for sealing the gap between the construction parts or tunnel tube segments, whereby the seal has a base part which, in relation to the sealing part, is widened on both sides, forming flanges, and which, by means of these flanges and suitable additional anchoring parts, is fastened on one of the two face walls of the construction parts or tunnel tube segments, whereas the sealing part, the latter being joined with the base part in one piece, has a trapezoidal shape, viewed cross-sectionally, and, in relation to the base part, a decreasing width, with lateral flanks tapering off at the same time, and seals the gap when the construction parts or tunnel tube segments are pressed together. In addition, there are at least two, particularly at least three ducts extending in the form of strands.

Seal arrangement for tubular tunnel segments

Device consisting of an inner mold (15), an outer mold and at least one injection aperture arranged in the outer mold; for the manufacture of the corners of sealing frames, in particular tunnel sealing frames consisting in most cases of four assembled strand-shaped sealing profiles made of elastomeric material, whereby each sealing profile has open and/or closed grooves extending in the longitudinal direction and arranged on the profile base side, as well as additional ducts also extending in the longitudinal direction and disposed between the grooves and the profile back surface; whereby the manufacture of the corners of the sealing frames takes place according to the injection molding process. The essence of the invention lies in that the inner mold (15), viewed from the corner (16), is provided on both sides (17, 18) with additional mold inserts (24) as stops for the sealing profiles, whereby the mold inserts have bridges (25, 26) and pins (27, 28, 29) extending in the opposite direction to the corner (16) of the inner mold and, during the manufacture of the frame corners, close on the profile face all or at least part of the ducts. Introduced are another process variation as well as corresponding processes.

Device and process for producing the corners of sealing frames

A profiled seal for use in tunnel segments and comprising cut out grooves along the bottom of the seal; channels along the upper part of the seal; lateral faces and spreading feet for the seal; plus a bridge system having an outer bridge and an inner bridge.

Profiled seal for tunnel segments

A sealing profile formed of rubber or rubber-like material is provided for sealing tunnel segments which have circumferential recesses. There is a plurality of slotted grooves running parallel in the lengthwise direction on the base side of the profile and a plurality of channels running parallel in the lengthwise direction, the number of channels being no greater than the number of slotted grooves and at least one channel being in alignment with a corresponding groove.

There is provided a sealing profile formed of rubber or rubber-like material for tunnel segments having a recess therefor extending therearound, the profile having a base side facing the segment and a back side facing away from the segment, a plurality of longitudinally extending parallel flutes in the base side, lateral flanks extending angularly from the base side, a plurality of longitudinally extending parallel ducts, and at least one centrally disposed bridge through extending from the base side to the back side without impairment in its supporting effort by a longitudinal duct.
