A valve device for a hydraulic circuit includes an actuator unit, a valve unit and an opening. The actuator unit comprises an electromagnetic circuit comprising a movable armature, a core, a coil configured to be supplied with a current and a flux guiding means, and a space arranged in a valve interior between the armature and the core. The valve unit comprises an outlet, an inlet arranged between the outlet and the space in the valve interior, a valve seat arranged between the inlet and the outlet, and a valve closing body connected with the armature. The valve closing body is spring-loaded towards the valve seat. The opening is arranged at an end of the valve unit opposite to the space. The opening comprises a valve tappet arranged therein. The valve tappet is pressure-loaded and displaceable counter to the valve closing body in an opening direction.

Valve device for a hydraulic circuit, and oil-pump regulating arrangement

A fluid pressure reversing valve includes a housing, a coil carrier, a coil wound on the coil carrier, a bearing, an armature axially displaceable in the bearing, a core, a flux guiding device, a first connection bore, a control chamber, a first valve seat. A connection sleeve comprises a second connection bore, a first valve seat for a valve element of the armature, and a second valve seat for the valve element of the armature. The connection sleeve communicates with a fluid to be controlled. A third connection bore is connected with the control chamber. A valve element abuts against the first valve seat in a first position so as to form a connection between the first connection bore and the third connection bore, and against the second valve seat in a second position so as to form a connection between the third connection bore and the second connection bore.

Fluid pressure reversing valve

A solenoid valve includes a housing within which is arranged a coil wound onto a coil former, an armature, a core, and a multiple-part return path arrangement, which together form an electromagnetic circuit. The armature is configured to be movable and to act at least indirectly on a valve closure element mounted in the coil former via a bearing. The multiple-part return-path arrangement comprises at least one return-path cover section, a return-path side section and a return-path inner section. The return-path inner section is arranged in the coil former.

Solenoid valve

An electromagnetic pressure-regulating valve includes a housing comprising a first, a second and a third port, a valve seat, a valve closure member, an electromagnetic drive, and a biasing device. The electromagnetic drive comprises a coil wound on a coil carrier, an armature, a core, and an electromagnetic return-path device. The armature moves between a first and second end position and acts on the valve closure member. The biasing device is configured so that, when a current does not flow, the armature, and thereby the valve closure member, is positioned in a fail-safe setting on the valve seat so that a connection from the third port to each of the first and second ports is closed. The valve seat is connected via a fluid channel to the first and second ports. The armature is steplessly adjustable between the first and second end positions in every setting.

Electromagnetic pressure-regulating valve for controlling pressure-controlled components in motor vehicles

A pressure-control valve includes a housing, a coil carrier, a coil wound on the coil carrier, a first bearing, an armature comprising a valve member. The armature is configured to be axially displaced in the first bearing. A core. A flux guiding device. A connection sleeve comprises a valve seat for the valve member. A first connection bore is configured to be connected with a tank and with the connection sleeve. A second connection bore is configured to be connected with a consumer. An end of the connection sleeve distant from the core comprises a control bore with a control member supported therein. The armature and the control member are configured to be in a force-transmitting operative connection at least in an opening direction of the pressure-control valve.

Infinitely variable pressure-control valve

A pressure control valve includes a housing comprising a reference pressure connection, a reference pressure chamber, a preliminary pressure connection, a preliminary pressure chamber, a control pressure connection and a control pressure chamber which are configured to cooperate with a control member moveable in an axial direction within the housing so as to adjust a desired control pressure between a preliminary pressure at the preliminary pressure connection and a reference pressure at the reference pressure connection. A driving device is configured to act on the control member. At least one first sealing device is configured to seal the reference pressure chamber against the control member. At least one second sealing device comprising a second sealing element is configured to seal the preliminary pressure chamber against the reference pressure chamber. At least one third sealing device is configured to seal the control pressure chamber against the preliminary pressure chamber.

Pressure control valve

An electric switching valve for controlling a pneumatic actuator element includes a housing with a ventilation connection channel, a vacuum connection channel and a consumer connection channel. The vacuum connection channel comprises a first valve seat and the ventilation connection channel comprises a second valve seat. An electromagnetic drive is arranged in the housing. The electromagnetic drive is configured so that a magnetic armature is translationally movable in a passage channel to form a valve closure body for each of the vacuum connection channel and the ventilation connection channel. A cross-sectional constriction device is disposed in the ventilation connection channel.

Electrical switching valve

An electromagnetic drive for a valve includes a housing comprising at least one electromagnetic circuit comprising a coil wound onto a coil support, a valve closing member, at least one core, at least one magnetizable reflux member, an armature having an annular shape at least on a side facing away from the valve closing member, an adjustment device having an adjustment screw, and a device to fix the armature in a non-energized state. The armature moves between a first end position and a second end position so as to act at least indirectly on the valve closing member. The adjustment device adjusts a magnetic force. The adjustment screw is insertable through the at least the magnetizable reflux member or through the core into the armature. Supplying the coil with an electric current causes the armature to move into the first end position or into the second end position.

Electromagnetic drive for a valve

An electromagnetic drive for a valve includes a housing and at least one electromagnetic circuit comprising a coil wound onto a coil carrier, a valve closing member, an armature movably supported between a first and a second end position which acts on the valve closing member. A device fixes the armature in a currentless state. A core is disposed at an end of the electromagnetic drive directed toward the valve closing member. A magnetizable reflux device has an adjusting bore and a circumferential recess in an area of the adjusting bore on a side facing the coil. An adjustment device has an adjusting screw and adjusts a magnetic force. The adjusting screw influences a course of magnetic field lines and is insertable into the adjusting bore in a direction of the armature. Supplying the coil with a current moves the armature into the first or the second end position.

Electromagnetic valve having an adjustable magnetic flux

A compact venting valve for the fuel tank of a motor vehicle comprises a valve housing with at least one switchable element for providing at least two switching positions and with at least three connections, a first connection to the fuel tank or to a fuel vapor filter connected downstream thereof, a second connection to a filling pipe of a fuel tank and a third connection to atmosphere. The valve housing includes at least one first filter chamber enclosing a second fuel vapor filter, wherein a first switching position provides for operational venting of the fuel tank in which a flow path between the first and second connections is enabled and a second switching position provides for refuelling venting of the fuel tank in which a flow path between the first and second connections is enabled with the second fuel vapor filter being bypassed.

Vent valve for a fuel tank

Valve arrangement for pressure regulation of fuel introduction in an internal combustion engine having a pressure regulation and a shutoff function that can be actuated by an electromagnetic drive. A housing is provided with at least one inlet connection and at least one outlet connection, which are connected to one another by a connection channel. The electromagnetic drive includes an armature which acts on a tappet supporting a closing element, which opens or closes the connection channel. At least one pressure spring element acts on the closing element either directly or indirectly in the closing direction. The armature is supported by a core which can adjust the electromagnetic force applied to the armature.

Valve arrangement for pressure regulation of fuel supply in an internal combustion engine

An electromagnetic switching valve for use in an internal combustion engine has a coil housing containing an electrical coil, and a value housing containing a valve plate for selectively opening and closing an opening in the housing through which a medium can flow from an inlet to an outlet thereof. An armature is in operative association with the coil electrical coil for undergoing longitudinal movement in the housing depending upon energization of the coil, and the armature acts on a rod movable with the armature. The rod is radially guided during movement thereof, and the rod is connected by a ball and socket joint to the valve plate. The rod is engaged with the armature within the coil housing for longitudinal movement therewith without any radial connection therebetween. The valve housing which containins the valve plate can be inserted in a surrounding connection housing which may contain a filter and elastic valve elements for pressure control.

Electromagnetic valve

An electropneumatic control valve for regeneration of a fuel absorption element by supply of air to the absorption element includes a valve comprised of a valve seat member (5) and a valve sealing member (4). The valve seat member is displaceable under the action of a pneumatic control section (2B) while the valve sealing member (4) is displaceable under the control of an electromagnetic control section (2A). The operation of the valve members (4, 5), takes place independently of one another by the respective control sections. During strong suction pressures in connector (11), valve seat member (5) is lowered and during the opening stroke of the valve sealing member (4) a minimum opening is provided whereas during low suction pressure at connector (11) the valve seat member (5) is raised and during the opening stroke of the valve sealing member (4) a maximum valve opening is produced. The valve members are slidably and guidably supported in a fixed sleeve (6) provided with calibrated openings (15).

Electropneumatic control valve

A fluid switch for measuring throughput in a fluid line, the fluid switch having an electrical switch and an associated membrane subjected to the pressure of the fluid introduced into a working chamber of the fluid switch. The fluid pressure causes simultaneous opening of a fluid outlet of the fluid switch and of contacts of the electrical switch. Thereby, the number of openings and closings of the switch will be representative of the number of openings of the fluid outlet and the throughput of the fluid. The membrane carries a projection serving as a valve which cooperates with a valve seat on the fluid outlet and the valve is coupled through a tappet to the electrical switch to open the switch when the valve is lifted off the valve seat.
