The present invention relates to a suspension formulation containing the active substance 3-Z-[1-(4-(N-((4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-methylcarbonyl)-N-methyl-amino)-anilino)-1-phenyl-methylene]-6-methoxycarbonyl-2-indolinone-monoethanesulphonate, to a capsule pharmaceutical dosage form containing said suspension formulation, to a process for preparing said suspension formulation, to a process for preparing said capsule comprising said suspension formulation and to the packaging material for the finished capsule.

Soft gelatin capsules having a capsule shell comprising gelatin, plasticizers and, if desired or required, further auxiliary agents, and a capsule filling containing a solvent including a migrateable solvent such as 1,2-propyleneglycol as a solvent in the capsule filling and in the capsule shell. The manufacture of said capsules is improved, if in the process for making the soft gelatin capsules the gelatin bands are cooled with a liquid, and preferably with water.

This invention is comprised of printed shaped bodies and sheets comprising gelatin or having at least an outer surface comprised of at least 5% gelatin or chemically modified gelatin, the shaped bodies and sheets being printed with ink by an ink jet. In particular, the ink applied to the shaped bodies and sheets by the ink jet contains an aluminum and/or calcium compound in addition to dyes and/or pigments, or an aluminum and/or calcium dye compound, and optionally non-volatile proportions of solubilizers and/or dispersants. Further, where the ink contains an aluminum compound, the ink is preferably adjusted to alkaline condition. The invention allows shaped bodies or sheets of gelatin to be printed with ink that is unlikely to be transferred in the form of 'ghost images' to adjacent shaped bodies or sheets.
