A method for producing a cylindrical screen device with a plurality of profiled bars. The outer face of a plurality of mutually spaced annular bar holders, which are arranged perpendicular to the cylinder axis, are provided with recesses that are open at the edges. The recesses have a shape that substantially corresponds to the base of profiled bars in a complimentary manner. The recesses are marginally larger than the bases. The profiled bars are inserted into respective recesses, parallel to one another and parallel to cylinder axis.

Screen production method

A method for producing a screening device, the method comprising the steps of providing a screening device that includes a plurality of profiled bars and a plurality of bar holder packages associated with the plurality of profiled bars. The plurality of bar holder packages include a plurality of first bar holders and at least one additional bar holder associated with the plurality of first bar holders. The method including the further steps of inserting the plurality of profiled bars parallel to one another into the plurality of bar holder packages, and bending the plurality of bar holder packages such that the plurality of first bar holders and the at least one additional bar holder are bent at the same time.

Method for producing a screening device

A pulper for comminuting and suspending fibrous material includes a container and at least one rotor arranged in the container for circulating a fibrous material suspension located on the container and at least one rigid sieve. The rotor at least predominantly passes over the sieve surface which is provided with round sieve openings. As high a throughput as possible and as low an energy consumption as possible are to be achieved by limiting the cross-section of the sieve openings exclusively defined by circle segments.

Pulper

The present invention relates to a method for the production of a screen and to a screen for the treatment of a fibrous material suspension suitable for the production of a fibrous material web, the screen including at least two screen layers that are connected to each other and have apertures, at least some of the apertures being arranged in such a way that the result is screen openings leading through the screen. The production of the screen is simplified in that some of the apertures are arranged in such a way that the result is recesses on the front side of the screen which do not pass through the screen, and at least the apertures forming the recesses are introduced into the screen layers before the latter are connected.

Screen

A device for cleaning a suspension, preferably a fibrous suspension for paper production. The device includes a screen basket, on the exterior surface of which the suspension to be cleaned is supplied and from the interior surface of which the screened accepted stock is released. A housing surrounds the screen basket. The housing includes an inflow for the suspension to be cleaned, an accepted-stock outlet for the cleaned suspension and a reject outlet for impurities. A scraping device rotates on the outside of the screen basket about the screen basket axis and has scraper blades (foils) which scrape along the exterior surface of the screen basket. The scraping device comprises a drum with a cylinder surrounding the screen basket. The cylinder carries a plurality of foils on its inside facing the screen basket.

Device for cleaning fibrous suspensions for paper production

Process for manufacturing screens and screens suitable for use in wet screening fibrous paper suspensions, in which the screens include at least one screen plate having a number of sorting apertures. The process includes providing a number of fastening openings in the at least one screen plate, and inserting profiled pieces into the fastening openings. At least a portion of the profiled pieces are arranged to project beyond a screen surface.
