A method of producing an electromagnetic valve includes deep drawing of a magnet housing, arranging a magnet coil, a magnet core and a plunger connected with an armature in the magnet housing, connecting a valve closing element which has a valve element for controlling a pressure medium flow, with the magnet housing by flanging a flared flange with a shoulder of the magnet housing relative to the valve closing element, and producing both the flared flange and the shoulder during the deep drawing of the magnet housing in a non-material-removing deformation step.

Method of producing electromagnetic valve

An electromagnetically actuatable valve that reduces the locking force of the valve has a seat valve, which can be transferred to a closing position counter to the force of a prestressed restoring spring. A valve seat communicates with an inflow side, and a closing member disposed on a tappet communicates on the outflow side of the valve. A magnet armature cooperates with the tappet in a valve dome which communicates with the outflow side. The magnet armature and the tappet are two separate components which positively support one another. On the inflow side, a longitudinal bore of the tappet originates at the closing member, and a first longitudinally movable pin is receive therein largely in a pressure-tight fashion. The cross section of the first pin is at least approximately equivalent to the sealing cross section of the valve seat. The longitudinal bore of the tappet is continued in the magnet armature. A second pin is received in that longitudinal bore. While the tappet and the magnet armature are pressure-equalized, in the closing position of the valve the inflow-side differential pressure is diverted, via the first and second pins nonpositively supported on one another, to an end wall of the valve dome. The valve can be used in hydraulic brake systems for motor vehicles.

Valve for a hydraulic brake system for motor vehicles

A magnet core (14) which is penetrated by a tappet (35) guided in a bearing (38) is arranged in the interior (12) of an electromagnetic valve (10). A connection element (45) comprising plastic and having an integrally arranged valve seat (46) is injection molded onto the underside of the magnet core (14). As a result of the design and arrangement of the connection element (45) and bearing (38), the producibility of the electromagnetic valve (10) is simplified and its functional properties are improved.

An electromagnetically operable pressure-regulating valve is proposed, in whose valve connection element (40) there is configured a choke bore (57, 57a to 57c). The choke bore (57, 57a to 57c), which operates hydraulically like a choke, facilitates the balancing of the pressure-regulating valve in the hydraulic system and produces a characteristic curve of the pressure-regulating valve which is virtually temperature-independent.

An electromagnetic valve, in particular pressure regulating valve for automatic transmissions of motor vehicles comprises a magnet housing, a valve closing element arranged in the magnet housing and having a longitudinal opening and control edges, a valve slider located in the longitudinal opening and having control portions cooperating with the control edges with the valve closing element, the valve closing element being formed as a die cast part and the control edges being formed as a pocket-shaped depressions extending from an outer periphery.

An electromagnetically operated proportional valve, in particular a pressure regulating valve for automatic transmission of motor vehicles has a magnet housing, a magnet coil and stationary flux guiding elements received in the magnet housing, a magnet armature, a valve member with which the magnet armature cooperates, stationary structural elements forming at least one auxiliary air gap and a working air gap in a magnetic circuit, the valve member cooperating with the stationary structural elements through the at least one auxiliary air gap and the at least one working air gap, at least one of the structural elements cooperating in the working air gap being at least partially provided on at least one surface facing a corresponding another structural element with at least one nonmagnetic coating.

Electromagnetically operated proportional valve

An electromagnetic valve, in particular switching or pressure regulating valve for an automatic transmission of motor vehicles has a magnet housing, a magnet coil with a coil body received in the magnet housing, a valve member, a magnet armature through which the magnet coil cooperates with the valve member, a valve closing part connected with the magnet housing, electrical contacts for controlling the magnet coils and arranged outside of the magnet housing, and conductors extending through the magnet housing and connecting the electrical contacts with the magnet coil. The magnet housing is composed of at least two magnet casing elements, including a first magnet casing element and also a second magnet casing element which at least partially overlaps the first magnet casing element, at least one of the magnet casing elements having a recess through which the conductors extend to the electrical contacts.

The electromagnetic valve includes a magnetic housing (11, 12, 13), an electromagnetic coil (15) received in the magnetic housing and a plurality of movable parts including a movable magnetic armature (23,36) and a movable valve stem device (58) for valve opening and closing. To provide a damping of the motion of the movable parts, at least one of the movable parts (23, 36, 58), advantageously a part of the armature, is provided with a hollow compartment (72) and a damping mass (74) at least partial filling the hollow compartment (72). The volume of the hollow compartment (72) is greater than the volume of the damping mass (74) so that motions of the magnetic armature and other parts are damped by the frictional and impact losses occurring in the damping mass (74).

An electromagnetic valve has a housing, a coil having a coil body and arranged in the housing, a pole element, a flux conducting element, a magnet armature cooperating with the coil body through the pole element and the flux conducting element. The flux conducting element is bracket shaped and arranged for position-accurate fixing and mounting of the coil, the coil body, and the pole element in the housing.

A pressure control valve has a substantially closed housing, an armature provided with an integrated valve body, a valve seat with which the valve body cooperates, a spring acting on the valve body so that the valve body cooperates with the valve seat, an electromagnet arranged to adjust a control pressure. The magnet armature is somewhat bucket-shaped. A projection extends in an interior of the housing and operates for guiding a magnetic flux. The magnet armature surrounds the projection and is mounted on the valve body in a friction-transmitting manner. A second spring acts on the valve body so as to counteract an action of the first mentioned spring.

Pressure control valve

An electromagnetically actuatable double seat valve, has a housing having a housing opening and a throughgoing longitudinal opening, a valve body formed as a cylindrical hollow body slidingly guided in the housing opening, an electromagnet having an armature, a plunger fixedly connecting the armature of the electromagnet with the valve body so as to actuate the valve body and slidingly guided in the throughgoing longitudinal opening. The longitudinal opening has a part which faces away of the electromagnet and forming a consumer connection, a container connection and a pump connection. A pressure spring loads the valve body against the plunger so that a passage leads from the consumer connection to the container connection. The valve body has an end side facing away of the armature and provided with a radially outwardly extending collar. A plate closes the housing opening and supporting the pressure spring. A first flat seat is in the housing and a second opposite flat is on the plate. The collar has one side cooperating with the first flat seat formed in the housing and another side cooperating with the second flat seat formed on the plate.

Electromagnetically actuatable double seat valve

An electromagnetic valve includes a housing which accommodates an armature and a spool and separates them from the hydraulic valve part of the valve. The housing includes a tubular casing made by deep drawing or extrusion molding and flanged at two ends thereof to form two end flanges which extend inwardly of the housing to enclose parts positioned in the housing. A tubular sleeve which serves as a spacer abuts against the inner peripheral face of the casing.
