The invention discloses an opposed-injection aluminum melting furnace uniform combustion system which comprises: a furnace body, a first heat storage unit, a second heat storage unit, and four fuel injection guns disposed diagonally on two end walls of the furnace body comprising a first fuel injection gun located on the first end wall of the furnace body adjacent to the second heat storage unit, a second fuel injection gun located on the second end wall of the furnace body adjacent to the first heat storage unit, a third fuel injection gun on the second end wall of the furnace body adjacent to the second heat storage unit, and a fourth fuel injection gun located on the first end wall of the furnace body adjacent to the first heat storage unit, the gas injection direction of the first fuel injection gun is parallel with that of the second fuel injection gun with a spacing H between the axes thereof, the gas injection direction of the third fuel injection gun is parallel with that of the fourth fuel injection gun, with a spacing H between the axes thereof, and the spacing H between the axes is set to a quarter to one tenth of the furnace body width, such that the gas entering the chamber are oppositely-injected to form a swirling flow.

Opposed-injection aluminum melting furnace uniform combustion system

An energy-saving gas supply boiler system, comprising: a steam boiler, a flue gas pipeline, a heat exchanger, a steam generator and an ejector. The steam boiler comprises a body, a combusting apparatus, a flue gas outlet, a water outlet and a high pressure steam outlet. The heat exchanger comprises a high temperature flue gas inlet, a medium temperature flue gas outlet, a cooling water inlet and a hot water outlet. Cooling water undergoes heat exchange with flue gas and flows out from the hot water outlet. The steam generator comprises a generator body, a hot water inlet and a low pressure steam outlet. The ejector comprises a high pressure steam inlet, a mixing steam outlet and a low pressure steam inlet. The high pressure steam inlet delivers high pressure steam to the ejector. The low pressure steam inlet delivers low pressure steam to the ejector.

Energy saving boiler system of steam supply

A continuous aluminum melting furnace with a porous spray pipe heat exchanger, comprising a furnace body, combustion nozzles, a smoke pipeline and a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger comprises a smoke channel and heat exchange cylinders, wherein each of the heat exchange cylinders comprises a head end, a tail end, and a porous spray pipe in at least one of the cylinders. The porous spray pipe comprises a closed end and a pipe body, with several air spray holes provided on a peripheral wall of the pipe body so that cold air entering the at least one heat exchange cylinder is sprayed to an inner wall of the cylinder so as to exchange heat with high-temperature smoke which flows through an outer wall of the cylinder, thus keeping the temperature of the cylinder lower than the rated tolerant temperature of the material from which the cylinder is made.

Continuous low oxygen and high temperature combustion aluminum melting furnace with porous injection pipe heat exchanger

A circular fluidizing bed combustion system with uniform airflow distributing device is provided. The system comprises a fluidizing bed and a uniform airflow distributing device. The fluidizing bed is comprised of a fluidizing bed boiler body, an airflow distributing plate and a plurality of air caps, wherein, the airflow distributing plate is provided inside the fluidizing bed boiler body and divides the inner space of the fluidizing bed boiler body into a fluidizing chamber which is located in the upper portion of the boiler body and an air chamber which is located in the lower portion of the boiler body, and the plurality of air caps are arranged on the airflow distributing plate for injecting the fluidizing air into the fluidizing chamber. The inner space of the air chamber is divided into a distributing chamber that is located under the airflow distributing plate and an air inlet chamber that is located on one side of the distributing chamber by means of a perforated plate. The distributing chamber is comprised of a front wall, two side walls, a top wall that extends upwards obliquely from the upside of the front wall, and a bottom wall extends downwards obliquely from the downside of the front wall. A first guide plate, a second guide plate and a third guide plate are installed in the distributing chamber. This system makes the flow of the fluidizing air entered into the fluidizing chamber through each air cap uniform, and enhances the combusting efficiency of the coal powder in the fluidizing chamber.
