The present application discloses a display panel, an integrated chip and a display device. The display panel includes a first display area and a second display area; a first drive circuit, including multi-stage first shift registers for receiving a first control signal and providing a first drive signal to pixel circuits of the first display area; and a second drive circuit, including multi-stage second shift registers for receiving a second control signal and providing a second drive signal to pixel circuits of the second display area, wherein a pulse change frequency of the first control signal is different from a pulse change frequency of the second control signal. According to the embodiment of the present application, drive circuits are performed on an area basis, and different display requirements of different display areas in the display panel can be flexibly realized.

A concave area protrudes along a direction away from interior of display area. A convex area has a folding axis parallel to a first edge. The non-display area includes a fan-out area, in which lead wires are provided. Each lead wire has a first end and a second end. There are signal traces each extending along a first direction provided in display area. The signal traces are electrically connected to first ends of lead wires. The convex area and concave area are arranged along a second direction. The second direction intersects first direction. A driving chip is included, which is a ball grid array package driving chip and is arranged in concave area where lead wires are away from first edge and electrically connected to second ends of lead wires.

The present disclosure provides a flexible display panel and a display device. The flexible display panel includes a substrate, an inorganic layer disposed on a side of the substrate, and an organic layer disposed on a side of the inorganic layer away from the substrate. The inorganic layer includes a non-recessed region and a recessed region having a recess with an opening facing away from the substrate. The organic layer includes a filling portion. A projection of the filling portion in a direction perpendicular to the substrate is located in the recess. In at least one first cross-section of the flexible display panel perpendicular to the substrate, a surface of the filling portion away from the substrate is a concave surface. The concave surface is recessed toward the substrate. The display device includes the above flexible display panel.

Flexible display panel and display device

The present disclosure discloses a flexible display panel and a flexible display device. The flexible display panel includes a first flexible substrate, a buffer layer, a display function layer, and a conduction function layer. The buffer layer and the display function layer are placed on a first side of the first flexible substrate. The conduction function layer is placed between the first flexible substrate and the display function layer, and is connected to a constant potential through a through-hole or by an end portion of the conduction function layer. By arranging the conduction function layer and connecting to the constant potential, an external interference signal from a back side of the substrate can be effectively shielded, and the conduction function layer can also serve as a blocking layer.

The present disclosure provides a flexible display panel including a display area and a non-display area, and a bending area is arranged therebetween. The flexible display panel further includes a flexible substrate and a thin film transistor layer. The thin film transistor layer includes a semi-conductor layer, a gate electrode insulation layer, a gate electrode layer, an insulation interlayer and a source-drain electrode metal layer. The flexible display panel includes a touch layer arranged on one side of the thin film transistor layer away from the flexible substrate. A manufacturing method of a touch control display device is disclosed. The method includes forming a thin film transistor element layer; forming and patterning a common electrode layer on the thin film transistor element layer to form common electrodes, forming a third insulation layer on the common electrode and the thin film transistor element layer, forming and patterning a conversion layer on the third insulation layer to form conversion lines, and forming on a first via hole that exposes at least a portion of a gate line, and forming a second via hole that exposes at least a portion of the common electrode. Further, first conversion lines are electrically connected to the gate lines via the first via hole, and second conversion lines are electrically connected to the common electrode via the second via hole.

Touch control display device and manufacturing method thereof

A touch control display device is provided. The touch control device includes: a display area including a gate electrode, a plurality of gate lines, a source electrode, a drain electrode, a plurality of source lines, a plurality of conversion lines, and a plurality of common electrodes. A first via hole may be formed on the gate line and exposes at least a portion of the gate line, and a second via hole may be formed on the common electrode and exposes at least a portion of the common electrodes. The plurality of conversion lines may include a plurality of first conversion lines and a plurality of second conversion lines. The plurality of first conversion lines may be electrically connected to the plurality of gate lines via the first via hole, and the plurality of second conversion lines may be electrically connected to the plurality of common electrodes via the second via hole.

An electromagnetic-type touch display apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus comprises: a first substrate; a second substrate; a first conductive layer formed on the first substrate comprising first electromagnetic induction coils forming loops extending in a first direction; and a second conductive layer formed between the first and second substrates comprising second electromagnetic induction coils forming loops extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. Each of the substrates comprises a display region and a non-display region, and the first and second electromagnetic induction coils are used to determine a touch position, wherein, at least one of the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer is also configured as at least one film layer of the first substrate or the second substrate, which forms a pattern required by the first or second electromagnetic induction coils and transmits a sensing signal.

Electromagnetic-type touch display apparatus

An electromagnetic-type touch substrate is disclosed. The electromagnetic-type touch substrate includes a substrate having a display region and a non-display region, and a first conductive layer formed on a first side of the substrate, where the first conductive layer includes a plurality of first electromagnetic induction coils forming loops extending in a first direction. The electromagnetic-type touch substrate also includes a second conductive layer formed on a second side of the substrate, where the second conductive layer includes a plurality of second electromagnetic induction coils forming loops extending in a second direction.
