The shell comprises a conical shell, an annular combined shell, a cylindrical shell, a flange bolt, and a perforated thick plate; a bottom end of the conical shell is connected with a top end of the annular combined shell, the conical shell being in communication with an interior part of the annular combined shell; the perforated thick plate blocks the bottom end of the annular combined shell, the perforated thick plate and the annular combined shell being connected by means of multiple flange bolts; the cylindrical shell is disposed inside the annular combined shell, a lower end of the cylindrical shell being inserted in a gap between the annular combined shell and the perforated thick plate.

Pyram-shaped deep-sea pressure-resistant shell and design method thereof

A deep-sea manned submersible and a design method for a pressure resistant hull curved structure thereof, the deep-sea manned submersible comprising a main hull body, a propeller assembly, annular sliding channels, a brake disc, and a brake. Two annular sliding channels are provided, and are fixed symmetrically on two opposite side surfaces of the main hull body. The main hull body is inserted vertically through the upper surface of the propeller assembly, and by means of the two annular sliding channels is slidingly connected to the propeller assembly, such that the outer contour of the whole body formed by the impeller assembly and the main hull body takes a nautilus shell shape. The brake disc is of an annular shape, and fixed on an outer ring of the main hull body, and the brake is mounted on the propeller assembly and corresponds matchingly with the brake disc.

Deep-sea manned submersible and design method for pressure resistant hull curved structure thereof

A pressure-resistant hull for a submersible, includes unit hulls, reinforcing ribs, connecting channels, and closure heads. A plurality of unit hulls are provided, and are sequentially strung together spiralling upward or spiralling downward, the closure heads being arranged on the unit hulls at the first position and the last position respectively, an observation window being provided on each unit hull respectively, adjacent two unit hulls in a horizontal direction being respectively connected by means of a reinforcing rib, and at least two connecting channels being provided between adjacent two rings of the unit hulls in the vertical direction. The design method includes using a spiral joining structure to facilitate organic adjustment of the number of unit hulls, thus having better utilization of space and aiding to greatly expand the space. The sensitivity of the limit load to defects is low, increasing axial rigidity, improving the overall pressure-resistive ability.

Pressure-resistant hull for a submersible and design method therefor

A complex pressure environment test device, comprising a test table and a hydraulic control system. The test table comprises a base for fastening a closure head under test, and an outer cover; the base has water inlets and outlets. The hydraulic control system comprises a watering hydraulic pump, a pressurizing hydraulic pump, and a pilot-operated overflow valve; the watering hydraulic pump is separately connected to a first two-position two-way valve and a second two-position two-way valve; the second two-position two-way valve is connected to a second one-way valve; the second one-way valve is separately connected to a water inlet and a first pilot-operated pressure regulating valve; the first pilot-operated pressure regulating valve is separately connected to a first remote pressure regulating valve and a first one-way valve. There is also a hydraulic circuit is present and used for testing.

Complex pressure environment test device

A lubrication system includes an engine oil pump, a lubricating oil tank, a breathing pipe, a machine body, and an oil pan. The engine oil pump is formed by superposing upper and lower layers being a lubricating pump and an oil return pump. An oil inlet of the oil return pump leads to a cavity of the oil pan, and an oil outlet leads to an interior of the lubricating oil tank. An oil inlet of the lubricating pump leads to the interior of the lubricating oil tank, and an oil outlet leads to a machine filter. The machine filter is communicated with a main oil path of the machine body. An oil tank cover of the lubricating oil tank is provided with a breathing one-way valve and an oil filling port. The breathing one-way valve communicates one end of the breathing pipe, and the other end thereof communicates a crankcase.

Inverted non-stop lifeboat diesel engine lubrication system and flow configuration method thereof

An inverted non-stop apparatus includes a lubricating system and a breathing system. The lubricating system includes a machine body, an engine oil pump, and an oil pan. A cavity of the oil pan is divided into an oil collection groove and an oil tank body. A flange is provided to form an enclosed lubricating oil tank. The engine oil pump is a double pump including a lubricating pump and an oil return pump. An oil suction port of the oil return pump is connected to the bottom of the oil collection groove, and an oil outlet is connected to the lubricating oil tank. An oil inlet of the lubricating pump is connected to the lubricating oil tank, and an oil outlet is communicated with a main oil path of the machine body. A breathing one-way valve and an air pressure relief valve are provided on the oil tank cover.

A bending mold device for bidirectional pipe bending includes a mounting base which is horizontally arranged on a rack in a sliding manner. A penetrating circular hole is at a tail end of the waist-shaped holes. The circular hole is provided with a T-shaped nut. Device and method for adjusting fuel supply advance angle of multi-cylinder diesel engine

Disclosed is a crosshead component of a large diesel engine. The crosshead component consists of a crosshead pin (), slide blocks (), wear-resisting plates (), sealing covers (), and a sleeve (), and has a structure with H-shaped cross and longitudinal sections. The crosshead pin () is a cylinder provided with petal-shaped through holes. The slide blocks () are respectively fitted on and connected to outer circles of left and right ends of the crosshead pin (). The sleeve () is inserted in and connected to the petal-shaped through holes () of the crosshead pin () to form oil inlet/return way cavities. Left and right end surfaces of the crosshead pin () are respectively connected to the sealing covers () for sealing the oil way cavities. Front and back ends of the slide blocks () are respectively connected to the wear-resisting plates (). The crosshead component has excellent interchangeability, economy and convenience.
