The manufacturing method of a via hole includes: forming a first via hole penetrating the passivation protection layer, the first via hole being defined by a first side wall of the passivation protection layer; forming an organic insulating layer on the passivation protection layer; and forming a second via hole penetrating the organic insulating layer, the second via hole being defined by a second side wall of the organic insulating layer; wherein in a sectional view, a bottom of the second via hole is located in the first via hole and is in direct contact with the conductive layer, and the second side wall of the organic insulating layer is separated from the first side wall of the passivation protection layer.

An array substrate and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate; a first active layer, located on the base substrate; a first insulating layer, located on the first active layer and the base substrate; a gate electrode, located at a side of the first insulating layer away from the first active layer; a second insulating layer, located on the gate electrode and the first insulating layer; a second active layer, located on the second insulating layer away from the gate electrode; a first drain electrode and a first source electrode, being in partial contact with the first active layer, respectively; a second drain electrode and a second source electrode, being in partial contact with the second active layer, respectively; and a pixel electrode, the first drain electrode and the second drain electrode are electrically connected, the first source electrode and the second source electrode are electrically connected, and the pixel electrode is electrically connected with at least one of the first drain electrode and the second drain electrode. The array substrate can improve the responding speed and charging efficiency, and avoid increasing the aperture opening ratio at the same time.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a touch substrate and a manufacturing method for the same, and a display device. The touch substrate includes a base, and a white photoresist, a first flat layer, a first metal electrode layer, a second flat layer, and a second metal electrode layer sequentially formed on the base. The white photoresist is formed in a frame region of the touch substrate. The first flat layer is configured to cover the white photoresist and the base, so as to provide a flat surface for forming the first metal electrode layer. The display device includes the touch substrate and a display panel bonded thereto. In embodiments of the present disclosure, the height difference brought about by the white photoresist is planarized through the first flat layer, thereby avoiding the problem of disconnected wire in a metal electrode layer at the climbing position in the frame region.

The manufacturing method of a curved display panel provided by the present invention comprises steps of: preparing a support plate, which comprises a first base and a metal film deposited on one side of the first base, the thermal expansion coefficient of the first base being different from that of the metal film; bonding a display panel with the support plate; heating the support plate, so that the support plate forces the display panel to bend; and separating the support plate from the display panel, thus forming the curved display panel. The manufacturing method of a curved display panel of the present invention is simple in process and not prone to causing damage to the panel.
