A method for issuing coupons to a plurality of target users is provided. For each of the plurality of target users, the method may include determining a predicted value of a group indicator of the target user in a predetermined period. The method may further include grouping the plurality of target users using a plurality of grouping strategies. For each of the grouping strategies, the method may further include determining a candidate coupon issuing strategy. For each of the candidate coupon issuing strategies, the method may further include obtaining user feature information of one or more target users in each group corresponding to the candidate coupon issuing strategy. For each of the candidate coupon issuing strategies, the method may further include predicting an ROI of the candidate coupon issuing strategy based on an RO prediction model and the corresponding user feature information.

Systems and methods for coupon issuing

A method for querying data is provided. The method may include determining a characteristic value of a selected feature dimension among feature values of the selected feature dimension of plurality of entities and establishing a corresponding relationship between the characteristic value and the selected feature dimension. The method may also include caching the corresponding feature value into a cache memory for each entity having a feature value of the selected feature dimension being unequal to the characteristic value, and leaving the corresponding feature value without caching for each entity having a feature value of the selected feature dimension being equal to the characteristic value. A micro-droplet fluorescence detection system, comprising a microfluidic chip (), an optical path device, and a movement control device for controlling the chip () and an optical path device to move, so that the chip () moves relative to the optical path device during a fluorescence scanning detection process of micro-droplets in the chip (), and the micro-droplets inside the chip () remains stationary relative to the chip (). The micro-droplet fluorescence detection system has advantages of avoiding cross contamination due to closed detection, high detection rate, high throughput and high sensitivity.

Micro-droplet fluorescence detection system

The present invention relates to calibration slides for fluorescence detection instruments and processing method of making them. The aim of this invention is to disclose calibration slides with high photostability and long lifetime for fluorescence detection instruments. The calibration slides are fabricated by patterning calibration spot arrays of modified inorganic phosphors on the glass slide. The process for producing a calibration slide comprises the following procedure: 1) Dispersing the inorganic phosphors of rare-earth doped complex in water; 2) Patterning the array of the above suspension on the glass slide. The calibration slides in the present invention employ a very stable fluorescing material that is insensitive to photobleaching, has long lifetime and stability under mild storage condition. The calibration slides in the present invention can be used to calibrate and test for some fluorescence instruments, i.e. microarray scanner, fluorescent microscopy, fluorescence spectrometer, fluorescent multiwell-plate reader.

Calibration slide for fluorescence detection instruments and process of preparation

Nanometer-scaled up-converting fluoride phosphor particles and processes of making them are disclosed. In the process, an aqueous solution consisting of soluble salts of rare-earth metal ions at a molar ratio of (yttrium, lanthanum or gadolinium): ytterbium:(erbium, holmium, terbium or thulium)=(70-90):(0-29):(0.001-15) is mixed a rare-earth metal chelator and a soluble fluoride salt to form precipitates, which are then annealed at an elevated temperature to produce nanometer-scaled up-converting fluoride phosphor particles. The particle size is between 35 nm and 200 nm, and can be controlled by the amount of the metal chelator added to the solution. The nanometer-sized particle is applicable to many biological assays.
