A method is used in detecting slow storage device operations in a storage system. Information regarding a set of storage device operations performed on a storage device in the storage system is monitored in real time. The information is analyzed in real time. A determination is made from the analysis whether the storage device can be identified as a slow storage device. At least one action is performed on the storage system, while the storage system continues to operate, to isolate the slow storage device.

In one aspect, disclosed herein are devices, systems, and methods for assessing human health states based on non-shadow imaging of sclera, or whites, of one or both eyes. In one aspect, the device is an on-body device. In one aspect, the system comprises a positioning aperture, an illuminating apparatus, an imaging apparatus, and/or a processing apparatus. In one aspect, the process only takes a short period of time to take images of the sclera without any operation of splicing multiple images. In one aspect, the device or system improves the quality of images by avoiding the formation of reflection of the illuminating apparatus on the images of the sclera. In a further aspect, the system can utilize the sclera images to obtain information of eye diseases and to predict the physiological and pathological changes in the health status of subject or diagnostic results, which can provide helpful information for medical diagnosis.

The present invention discloses a method for preparing azoxystrobin intermediates represented by formulae (1) and (2), comprising: controlling a compound represented by formula (3) to contact with sodium methoxide and 4,6-dichloropyrimidine, to obtain a mixture of intermediates represented by formulae (1) and (2), in the existence of a catalyst, the catalyst is an azabicyclic compound or its salt. Methods for preparing azoxystrobin and intermediate thereof

A semi-insulating silicon carbide monocrystal and a method of growing the same are disclosed. The semi-insulating silicon carbide monocrystal comprises intrinsic impurities, deep energy level dopants and intrinsic point defects. The intrinsic impurities are introduced unintentionally during manufacture of the silicon carbide monocrystal, and the deep energy level dopants and the intrinsic point defects are doped or introduced intentionally to compensate for the intrinsic impurities. The intrinsic impurities include shallow energy level donor impurities and shallow energy level acceptor impurities. A sum of a concentration of the deep energy level dopants and a concentration of the intrinsic point defects is greater than a difference between a concentration of the shallow energy level donor impurities and a concentration of the shallow energy level acceptor impurities, and the concentration of the intrinsic point defects is less than the concentration of the deep energy level dopants. The semi-insulating SiC monocrystal has resistivity greater than 1&#xd7;10&#x3a9;&#xb7;cm at room temperature, and its electrical performances and crystal quality satisfy requirements for manufacture of microwave devices. The deep energy level dopants and the intrinsic point defects jointly serve to compensate the intrinsic impurities, so as to obtain a high quality semi-insulating single crystal.

Semi-insulating silicon carbide monocrystal and method of growing the same

Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method of azoxystrobin having a structure as shown by formula (1), the method comprising: a) performing an etherification reaction by reacting the compound having a structure shown by formula (2) with 2-cyanophenol and/or a salt thereof under the catalysis of an azabicyclo tertiary amine compound and/or a salt thereof as the catalyst in a butyl acetate medium to obtain a butyl acetate solution containing azoxystrobin; and b) cooling the butyl acetate solution containing azoxystrobin to precipitate Azoxystrobin having a structure as shown by formula (1) from the butyl acetate solution. Using the method provided by the present invention to prepare azoxystrobin can significantly improve the yield of azoxystrobin, and can obtain azoxystrobin products having high purity. 

Preparation method for azoxystrobin

The present invention relates to a method for preparing an acrylate compound. The acrylate compound has a structure as shown in formula (I). The method includes: subjecting a compound with a structure of formula (II) or a mixture of compounds with structures of formula (I) and formula (II), and a catalyst to a contact reaction in the absence of an anhydride, and removing the resulting methanol by pressure reduced distillation during the contact reaction process. In the formulas (I) and (II), R is selected from one of: an alkoxy with a carbon number of 1-5, a substituent-containing phenoxyl with a carbon number of 6-20, a substituent-containing heteroaryloxy with a carbon number of 4-20, a substituent-containing heteroaryloxymethyl with a carbon number of 4-20, a substituent-containing phenoxymethyl with a carbon number of 5-20, and a substituent-containing alkyl with a carbon number of 2-20. According to the method for preparing an acrylate compound provided in the invention, the conversion rate and selectivity of the reaction can be substantially improved.

The nonlinear optical crystal may be configured to alter at least a light beam () at a frequency to generate at least a light beam () at a further frequency different from the frequency. The nonlinear optical device is more compatible with practical applications in terms of outputting mid-infrared laser at high power and high quality and thus are more applicable in practice, because the 4H silicon carbide crystal has a relatively high laser induced damage threshold, a relatively broad transmissive band (0.38-5.9 &#x3bc;m and 6.6-7.08 &#x3bc;m), a relatively great 2-order nonlinear optical coefficient (d=6.7 pm/V), a relatively great birefringence, a high thermal conductivity (490 WmK), and a high chemical stability.

A technology for growing silicon carbide single crystals by PVT (Physical Vapor Transport) and a technology for in-situ annealing the crystals after growth is finished is provided. The technology can achieve real-time dynamic control of the temperature distribution of growth chamber by regulating the position of the insulation layer on the upper part of the graphite crucible, thus controlling the temperature distribution of growth chamber in real-time during the growth process according to the needs of the technology, which helps to significantly improve the crystal quality and production yield. After growth is finished, the inert gas pressure in growth chamber is raised and the temperature gradient of the growth chamber is reduced so that in-situ annealing the silicon carbide crystals can be carried out under a small one, which helps to reduce the stress between the crystal and the crucible lid as well as that in sublimation grown crystals to reduce the breakage ratio and improve the yield ratio during the subsequent fabrication process.

Each of the plurality of SPEs is associated with a local storage. The managing SPE informs the computing SPE of a starting effective address of the local storage of the managing SPE and an effective address for a command queue. The managing SPE manages movement of data associated with computing of the computing SPE based on one or more commands associated with the application. A computing SPE sends the one or more commands to the managing SPE for insertion into the command queue.
