A collapsible children's pull wagon having four wheels and an upper loop frame pivotably attached to a lower loop frame. There is a hub to which a pull bar and a front axle is coupled to. The front axle is capable of rotating along a vertical axis of the hub in order to change the direction of travel. The pull wagon can easily collapse by releasing a support frame which directly connects the rear end of the upper loop frame to the rear end of the lower loop frame.

A method, apparatus and computer program product to defend learning models that are vulnerable to adversarial example attack. It is assumed that data (a 'dataset') is available in multiple modalities (e.g., text and images, audio and images in video, etc.). The defense approach herein is premised on the recognition that the correlations between the different modalities for the same entity can be exploited to defend against such attacks, as it is not realistic for an adversary to attack multiple modalities. To this end, according to this technique, adversarial samples are identified and rejected if the features from one (the attacked) modality are determined to be sufficiently far away from those of another un-attacked modality for the same entity. In other words, the approach herein leverages the consistency between multiple modalities in the data to defend against adversarial attacks on one modality.

A method for protecting privacy data in a MapReduce system comprising a private subsystem and a public subsystem includes receiving a MapReduce program to be executed in the MapReduce system, wherein the MapReduce program contains instructions that designate the privacy property of the input and output data of a Map function and the output data of a Reduce function; detecting the privacy property of the input and output data of the Map function and the output data of the Reduce function prior to execution of the MapReduce program; and assigning the data for processing by the private subsystem and the public subsystem based on the detected privacy property, wherein the data of which the privacy property is private are assigned to the private subsystem.
