An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an array substrate, a display panel, and a display device, including a substrate, a data line located above the substrate, and a shielding member located on a side, away from the substrate, of the data line, the shielding member includes a conductive screening portion, an orthographic projection of the conductive screening portion on the substrate partially covering an orthographic projection of the data line on the substrate, or the shielding member includes a filling body, an orthographic projection of the filling body on the substrate covering an orthographic projection of the data line on the substrate, and the filling body protruding outward from a surface of the substrate in a direction away from the substrate.

An array substrate and display device are disclosed. The array substrate includes signal lines; IC connection lines; the IC connection lines include at least two IC connection line groups, the at least two IC connection line groups include a first IC connection line group and a second IC connection line group, the base substrate further includes a dummy area, the dummy area is provided with a floating pattern, the dummy area includes a separation area and two sub-dummy areas, an extending line of the signal line corresponding to a first IC connection line and an extending line of the signal line corresponding to a second IC connection line respectively fall into the separation area, at least in the separation area, the floating pattern only includes first floating lines substantially extending along the second direction.

There are provided a pixel unit driving circuit and driving method, pixel unit and display apparatus. The pixel unit driving circuit is used for driving a light-emitting device to emit light, and comprises a first thin film transistor (T), a second thin film transistor (T), a third thin film transistor (T) and a storage capacitor (Cs). A gate of the first thin film transistor (T) is connected with a control line (Gate), a first electrode thereof is connected with a data line (Data), and a second electrode thereof is connected with a first node (A). One gate of the second thin film transistor (T) is connected with the control line (Gate) and the other gate is connected with a second scan line (Scan), a first electrode thereof is connected with the storage capacitor (Cs), and a second electrode thereof is connected with a second node (B). One gate of the third thin film transistor (T) is connected with the first node (A) and the other gate is connected with the second scan line (Scan), a first electrode thereof is connected with a power supply (Vdd), and a second electrode thereof is connected with the second node (B). One terminal of the storage capacitor is connected with the first node (A), and the other terminal is connected with the first electrode of the second thin film transistor (T). One terminal of the light-emitting device is connected with the second node (B), and the other terminal thereof is grounded. The pixel unit driving circuit can reduce an influence on a driving voltage caused by variations in threshold voltage.
