An LED tube lamp comprises a lamp tube, which includes a light transmissive portion; a fixing structure and an LED light assembly, which includes an LED light source and an LED light strip. The light transmissive portion is fixedly connected to a surface of the fixing structure and the LED light strip is fixedly connected to another surface of the fixing structure. The LED light assembly finds upright support by the fixing structure. The LED light source is thermally and electrically connected to the LED light strip. Two end caps are attached to two end of the lamp tube respectively. R3 is a ratio of an overall area of a metallic object on a cross section of the lamp tube to an overall area of a nonmetallic object on the cross section. R15 is a constant regardless of where the cross section finds itself on a longitudinal axis of the lamp tube. R3 is from 0.005 to 0.1.

LED tube lamp

An LED tube lamp having: a lamp tube, which includes a light transmissive portion, a reinforcing portion and an end cap; and an LED light assembly, which includes an LED light source and an LED light strip. The light transmissive portion is fixedly connected to the reinforcing portion. The reinforcing portion includes a platform and a bracing structure. The bracing structure is fixedly connected to the platform and holds the platform in place. The LED light source is thermally and electrically connected to the LED light strip, which is in turn thermally connected to the reinforcing portion. The end cap is attached to an end of the lamp tube. An outer surface of the lamp tube reveals a combination of metallic outer surface and nonmetallic outer surface.

The invention involves an LED tube lamp, which comprises a lamp tube, which includes a light transmissive portion, a reinforcing portion and an end cap. The LED tube lamp further includes an LED light assembly, which includes an LED light source and an LED light strip. The light transmissive portion is fixedly connected to the reinforcing portion. The LED light strip abuts against the reinforcing portion, which holds the LED light assembly in place. The LED light source is thermally and electrically connected to the LED light strip, which is in turn thermally connected to the reinforcing portion. The end cap is attached to an end of the lamp tube. A ratio of a cross-sectional area of the reinforcing portion to a cross-sectional area of the lamp tube is from 1:3 to 1:30.

A LED filament comprises a frame, a metal electrode, a fasten member, a second fasten member, at least one LED chip. The frame is a bottomless frame and the metal electrode is disposed on one side of the frame. The first fasten member is formed on the frame and the second fasten member formed on the metal electrode. The metal electrode having the second fasten member is placed on the first fasten member of the frame, thereby fastening the metal electrode on the frame; wherein one of the first fasten member and the second fasten member is a protrusion while the other one is a hole. The at least one LED chip disposed inside the frame and electrically connecting to the metal electrode.

An LED tube lamp comprises a lamp tube, which includes a light transmissive portion, a reinforcing portion and an end cap; and an LED light assembly, which includes an LED light source and an LED light strip. The light transmissive portion is fixedly connected to the reinforcing portion. The reinforcing portion includes a plurality of bracing structures at endpoints. The bracing structure includes a combination of vertical ribs and horizontal ribs. The LED light strip abuts against the bracing structure, which guides the LED light assembly in place. The LED light assembly finds upright support by the reinforcing portion. The LED light source is thermally and electrically connected to the LED light strip. The end cap is attached to an end of the lamp tube. R15 is a ratio of an overall length of the reinforcing portion that shows itself on a circumference of a cross section of the lamp tube to an overall length of the light transmissive portion that shows itself on the circumference of the cross section of the lamp tube. R15 is a constant regardless of where the cross section finds itself on a longitudinal axis of the lamp tube. R15 is from 0.02 to 1.65.

An LED tube lamp includes a lamp tube and LED light assembly. The lamp tube includes a light transmissive portion, a reinforcing portion and an end cap. A LED filament includes a frame; two metal electrodes, respectively disposed on two sides of the frame; a LED chip assembly, comprising a plurality of LED chips disposed inside the frame and electrically connecting to the two metal electrodes respectively; and a gel comprising phosphor, wrapping the LED chip assembly and parts of the metal electrodes inside the frame.

A thermo-compression head, a soldering system, and a LED tube lamp are disclosed. The thermo-compression head includes a bonding plane, a restraining plane, one or more concave guiding tank, and one or more concave molding tank. The bonding plane is for touching a second object. The restraining plane is adjacent to the bonding plane for touching a first object soldered to the second object. The concave guiding tank is formed on the bonding plane. An end of the concave guiding tank is opened near an edge of the bonding plane while an opposite end of the concave guiding tank is closed. The concave molding tank is formed on the restraining plane and positioned beside the concave guiding tank. The concave molding tank communicates with the concave guiding tank via the open end of the concave guiding tank.
