The invention provides a strength-boosting drill chuck comprising a drill body, a nut and a clamping claw, which the nut and the clamping jaw forms a threaded connection, and the drill body is provided with an inclined clamping claw hole for the clamping claw to slide forward and backward along the clamping claw hole; wherein the drill chuck is provided with a strength-boosting structure of the connecting force of the nut clamping claw, which is provided with a liquid plastic component, and the structure for exerting force and transmitting force to the liquid plastic component, which enables the force on the liquid plastic component to be transmitted to the nut. The invention can use the liquid plastic component to transmit force, greatly enhance the binding force between the nut and the clamping claw, and increase the force to resist the reverse force and the inertia force. Whether it is a hand tight drill chuck or a drill chuck with self-locking function, it can cope with the adverse effects caused by various reasons on the drill chuck to hold the drill bit and keep the locking state, and significantly improve the properties of the drill chuck, and prevent loosening during drilling.

Strength-boosting drill chuck

The present invention provides a self-locking drill chuck, which the front end of its nut is provided with a number of keys, and the spring piece of the self-locking mechanism is assembled on the nut by being elastically limited between the keys of the nut. The second end of the spring piece passes into the gap between the keys and the drill body through a pair of keys among the keys, and is elastically attached to the key by its elasticity. The connecting protrusion of the spring piece is arranged on the portion of the spring piece between the pair of keys, and the lock end is located in the gap between the key corresponding to the lock end and the drill body. The present invention can not only prevent the self-locking state from exiting due to the inertia effect, but also has the advantages of convenient assembly and can further improve the self-locking performance.

Self-locking drill chuck

A self-locking drill chuck is disclosed herein. Among the rotating sleeve, the spring leaf and the nut, the nut is rotated by the rotating sleeve without being driven by the spring leaf, the spring leaf is loaded on the nut to rotate with the nut synchronously, under normal state, the locking end of the spring leaf is in a closed state against the teeth, and the self-locking drill chuck is also provided with a state switching part which is connected with the rotating sleeve and rotates with the rotating sleeve synchronously; the spring leaf is provided with a state switching matching structure. The nut is directly driven by a rotating sleeve without the spring leaf during the rotating process in the clamping direction or the releasing direction, which can enhance the hand feeling and efficiency in the clamping operation; the spring leaf has self-locking functions which can be in normally closed and the elastic force is opposite to the centrifugal force, greatly enhancing the reliability of the drill chuck self-locking structure.

A self-locking drill chuck includes rotating sleeve provided with a convex leaf spring fixed on a rotating sleeve on both ends, its nut or the ring fixedly connected with the nut provided with a first groove and a second groove matching with the convex portion of the convex leaf spring, and the self-locking structure including a ring tooth on the drill body and a rotatable locking block disposed on the nut or ring fixedly connected to the nut. The nut or ring fixedly connected to the nut is also provided with a leaf spring, and the rotating sleeve is provided with a first part compressing the leaf spring and a second part compressing the locking block. The self-locking drill chuck can achieve positioning fit of metals, and self-locking and unlocking switching is realized by the lever without the interference phenomenon in the self-locking structure.
