A method includes determining a definition of a capability, where the definition indicates an input, an output, and an operation performed by the capability on the input to generate the output. The method also includes determining models configured to provide the capability, providing the definition of the capability to an application builder configured to provide a model-independent representation of the capability, and determining a mapping that indicates, for each respective model of the models, one or more attribute values that cause the respective model to be executed to provide at runtime the capability to a software application defined using the application builder, where the mapping is unmodifiable by the application builder. The method further includes, in response to reception from the software application of a request to provide the capability, providing the capability to the software application in accordance with the mapping.

Unified framework for configuration and deployment of platform intelligence

A single tracking URL collects tracking information for multiple tracking services based on multiple tracking URL templates. A dynamic link generator generates a tracking URL configured to collect tracking information requested by each of a set of enabled tracking URL templates. The tracking information is transmitted to the tracking services associated with the enabled tracking URL templates. Additionally or alternatively, a tracking URL is configured to redirect a consumer to one of a candidate set of destination URLs. A tracking URL includes a base URL, which is resolved to an IP address of a server of a particular tracking service. Based on tracking data associated with the tracking URL and/or digital body language associated with the consumer, the particular tracking service selects one of a candidate set of destination URLs associated with the tracking URL. A destination page corresponding to the selected destination URL is presented to the consumer.

The analytic data tracks conversation progression states between individual node elements of at least one digital chat conversation flow design. In accordance with the present approach, a routing algorithm may be implemented to enable an agent to receive an acceptable route between a number of assigned tasks on demand. Particularly, the algorithm may determine the acceptable route by determining a travel cost for each route between an end location and one of the assigned tasks. Then, the algorithm may add in another assigned task and determine a travel cost for each route from the end location, to a first assigned task, and then to a second assigned task. Continuing in this manner, the algorithm constructs routes from the end location and through each possible subset of the assigned tasks, while tracking a permutation of each subset having the lowest travel cost. The algorithm may therefore trace back through the lowest-cost permutations to construct a complete route that has the lowest cost.

Systems and methods for comprehensive routing

Techniques for using machine learning to configure social media campaigns are disclosed. A social relationship management (SRM) service performs supervised machine learning to generate a learned model, at least by: generating feature vectors based on training data including campaign configuration data and one or more campaign success metrics; and performing pattern recognition on the feature vectors to determine one or more preferred campaign configurations. The SRM service publishes messages to one or more social media platforms and receives user interaction data associated with users' interactions with the messages. The SRM service performs unsupervised machine learning to update the learned model based at least in part on the user interaction data. The SRM service receives a request to configure a social media campaign, applies data associated with the request to the learned model to determine a preferred campaign configuration, and configures the social media campaign based on the preferred campaign configuration.

The present disclosure provides a detailed description of techniques used in systems, methods, and in computer program products for bi-directional social media broker services that connect multiple social media sites using a common management framework. The claimed embodiments address the problem of efficiently scaling and managing bidirectional interaction with multiple social media publishing channels. More specifically, the claimed embodiments are directed to approaches for a computing platform having multiple message broker modules that enable bi-directional communication of messages between a common resource manager and a plurality of social media sites. The message broker modules can receive messages in a unified message format from the common resource manager, queue the messages for asynchronous processing, translate the messages from the unified message format to a site-specific format, and deliver the translated messages to multiple social media sites.

A social media enrichment framework is described herein. In one or more embodiments, the framework is configured to store a set of interface endpoints for accessing different sources of analytic metadata. The framework further stores a set of mappings between social media object types and interface endpoints. Responsive to receiving a social media object having a particular social media object type, the framework identifies, within the set of mappings, a mapping between the particular social media object type and at least one interface endpoint in the set of interface endpoints. The framework then obtains, from one or more sources using the at least one interface endpoint, a set of one or more metrics relevant to the social media object and stores the set of one or more metrics in association with the social media object.

A manager, or other type of user, can associate task flows with dynamic regions in an application page being designed. At runtime, application pages are generated on-the-fly for display in a user interface. The application pages are composed according to the task flows embedded therein. The application pages are presented to the user according to an application flow. A method, system, and computer program product for repetitively executing rules-based configurable business application operations. The method commences by initiating a recording session to record user steps taken within an interactive session, then during the interactive session, retrieving a post from a social media site using and access interface of the social media site. The recording session is saved in a persistent storage for subsequent initiation of a batch processor to replay at least a portion of the saved recording session. The method further comprises selecting one or more rules based on the sentiment of the post, and taking one or more actions in response to the rule. Operations for interactive processing or for batch processing include extracting an author of the post, extracting a sentiment of the post, extracting a category of the post, and performing further actions based on aspects of the post.

System for repetitively executing rules-based configurable business application operations

In an example embodiment, a system manages adapters and connectors used to integrate software applications. The example system includes a repository of connectors, where each connector includes one or more integration adapters. A connector generator communicating with the repository of connectors is adapted to selectively generate one or more connectors in response to detection of an event for which a corresponding connector is not found in the repository of connectors. In a more specific example embodiment, the connector generator is adapted to implement one or more generated connectors as a web service. The connector generator may be constructed in accordance with an Application Integration Architecture (AIA) integration framework. Additional tools are provided for monitoring connector runtime information and receiving and logging user feedback pertaining to connectors.

A computer-implemented method of sharing an online shopping cart over a computer network includes the steps of providing an electronic address of a sharee, the sharee being a person with whom the shopping cart is shared. One of a plurality of predetermined roles may be specified for each sharee, each of the plurality of roles defining privileges granted to the sharee. A password may be assigned for the shopping cart and a unique cart number and a unique sharee number may be generated and stored in a database. An electronic message, such as an email, may then be sent to the sharees' electronic addresses, the electronic message including at least the cart number, the cart password and the sharee number. The sharee may then retrieve the saved shopping cart over the computer network by supplying the cart number, the cart password and the sharee number sent in the email. The sharee may then exercise only those privileges defined by the role specified for the sharee. The roles may include, for example, 'Read-Only', in which the privileges granted consist of viewing the shopping cart, 'Feedback', in which the privileges granted consist of viewing and including comments on the shopping cart, and/or &#x201c;All&#x201d;, in which the privileges granted include viewing, including comments, changing and canceling the shopping cart.
