The present disclosure provides a converter CO&#x2014;Omixed injection smelting method and a fire point area temperature dynamic control method. The method realizes online monitoring through an infrared temperature sensor installed inside an oxygen lance, dynamically adjusts the mixing ratio of COand Oand the height of the oxygen lance position according to the fire point area temperature changes and process requirements in different smelting stages, so that the secondary smelting system interlockingly and dynamically controls the fire point area temperature and the molten pool heating rate.

An efficient long-service-life blowing method include the steps of introducing vanadium extraction converter flue gas and decarburization converter flue gas into an oxygen combustor; obtaining first-purity CO&#x2014;Nmixed gas through the vanadium extraction converter flue gas; obtaining second-purity CO&#x2014;Nmixed gas through the decarburization converter flue gas; obtaining O&#x2014;CO&#x2014;Nmixed gas through the decarburization converter flue gas; obtaining first-purity COgas through the second-purity CO&#x2014;Nmixed gas; and using the first-purity CO&#x2014;Nmixed gas for bottom blowing of the vanadium extraction converter, using the second-purity CO&#x2014;Nmixed gas as a carrier gas for blowing iron ore powder into the vanadium extraction converter, and using the O&#x2014;CO&#x2014;Nmixed gas and the first-purity COgas as a carrier gas for bottom blowing of the decarburization converter and bottom injecting of lime powder into the decarburization converter.

Efficient long-service-life blowing method and system for vanadium extraction-decarburization duplex converters

A clean and rapid smelting method in an electric arc furnace with full scrap steel, is suitable for smelting process of 30-300 t electric arc furnace with full scrap steel. In the smelting process of the electric arc furnace with full scrap steel, different kinds of mediums are injected by an injection lance which is installed inside refractory material of sidewall at the bottom of the electric arc furnace in different stages of smelting. Carburization is utilized in molten pool to accelerate melting down and improve carbon content of the molten pool at the stage of recarburizing and fluxing. A reaction in the molten pool is intensified at the stage of high efficiency dephosphorization and deep denitrogenation, to enhance efficient dephosphorization and deep denitrification of the reaction in the molten pool, thereby accelerating the smelting speed of the electric arc furnace with full scrap steel, improving effect of dephosphorization and denitrification.
