Personnel lift vehicle

A vehicle body and controller plug-in module for a material handling vehicle. The vehicle body having an upstanding body portion having an upwardly open compartment having a bottom including an upward extending wall surrounding electrical contacts associated with controller functions of the vehicle. The controller plug-in module includes a housing configured to be received by the upwardly open compartment of the vehicle body. The housing has a lower portion that includes an upward extending wall defining a recess surrounding electrical contacts. The controller plug-in module is configured to be removably electrically connected to the vehicle when the upward extending wall surrounding the electrical contacts of the upwardly open compartment of the upstanding body is plugged into and received by the recess in the lower portion of the housing of the controller plug-in module having the upward extending wall surrounding the electrical contacts of the controller plug-in module.

Removable plug-in modules for material handling vehicles

An electric personnel lift device that includes a base assembly having two columns that are laterally spaced apart. Each of the two columns has a lift cylinder device mounted in the respective column and extending upward. The electric personnel lift device further includes a height adjustable platform assembly having an operator platform and two laterally spaced apart handrail assemblies connected to the operator platform. The height adjustable platform assembly is connected to an upper end of a movable portion of each lift cylinder device and is slidably coupled to the columns, wherein the height adjustable platform assembly is movable between at least a lowered position and a raised position.

Electric personnel lift device

A plug-in controller for a pallet truck including a controller box, a control unit and a controller base. The control unit is enclosed by the controller box and a lower end of the controller box has a receptacle, while the controller base includes a raised socket. The controller box receptacle receives the raised socket of the controller base and a controller cable plug-in header and a controller signal line plug-in header provided by the receptacle engage and connect to a respective controller cable plug-in header and a controller signal line plug-in header provided by the controller base.

Plug-in controller assembly for a pallet truck

An electric personnel lift device that includes a base assembly having a frame and two columns that are laterally spaced apart and mounted to the frame is disclosed. Each of the two columns has a lift cylinder device mounted in the respective column and extending upward. The electric personnel lift device further includes a height adjustable platform assembly having an operator platform and two laterally spaced apart handrail assemblies connected to the operator platform. The height adjustable platform assembly is connected to an upper end of a movable portion of each lift cylinder device and is slidably coupled to the columns, wherein the height adjustable platform assembly is movable between at least a lowered position and a raised position.

The disclosure provides pallet trucks having a selective turning radius. The pallet trucks include load wheel systems having at least two load wheel assemblies below each fork. A forward load wheel assembly is located near the forward end of the fork and a central load wheel assembly is located near the center of a central portion of the fork. A first turning radius is defined by the distance between the forward load wheel assembly and a directionally adjustable rear wheel when the forward load wheel assembly supports the fork. The central load wheel assembly may be selectively deployed to lift and support the fork to yield a second, shorter turning radius defined by the distance between the central load wheel assembly and the directionally adjustable rear wheel.
