The system includes a speed measuring module, a control module, and a line scan camera. The speed measuring module measures the speed of the vehicle and transmits the measured speed of the vehicle to the control module. The control module determines line frequency for image capturing according to the speed of the vehicle, and controls the line scan camera to perform image capturing on the chassis of the vehicle with the line frequency.
