Disclosed are a cable connector and a connector assembly. The cable connector includes a first insulator, wherein a first electrical connection portion, a second electrical connection portion and a third electrical connection portion are sequentially arranged in the first insulator in a length direction thereof. The first electrical connection portion, the second electrical connection portion and the third electrical connection portion are connected to a first cable, a second cable and a third cable, respectively. One of the first electrical connection portion, the second electrical connection portion and the third electrical connection portion is a power supply electrical connection portion, and at least one of the first electrical connection portion, the second electrical connection portion and the third electrical connection portion is a signal connection portion.

Cable connector and connector assembly

A cable connector includes: a circuit board; at least one plastic body, fixed on the circuit board, and provided therein with a first socket; a chip, provided on the circuit board; a first set of conductive terminals, held in the first socket of the plastic body, and including first signal terminals; first signal cables, each including one end electrically connected to the first signal terminal and the other end connected to the circuit board and conductively connected to the chip; and a first signal transmission component, conductively connected to the chip. The chip is provided on the circuit board of the cable connector, which achieves convenient mounting and maintenance of the chip. In addition, the cable connector achieves signal function control and configuration through the chip, and thus can achieve multi-performance expansion, improving the access efficiency.

Disclosed are a cable connector and a connector assembly. The cable connector includes a first insulator. A first electrical connection portion, a second electrical connection portion and a third electrical connection portion are sequentially arranged in the first insulator in a length direction thereof. The first electrical connection portion, the second electrical connection portion and the third electrical connection portion are connected to a first cable, a second cable and a third cable, respectively. One of the first electrical connection portion, the second electrical connection portion and the third electrical connection portion is a power supply connection portion, and at least one of the first electrical connection portion, the second electrical connection portion and the third electrical connection portion is a signal connection portion. The bottom of the first insulator is provided with a plugging portion and a first positioning portion extending downwards.

The cable connector includes a first insulator, wherein the lower side of the first insulator is provided with a first plane and a second plane, an accommodating groove is formed in the first insulator, the first plane is provided with a first groove opening communicating with the accommodating groove, the second plane is provided with at least one second groove opening communicating with the accommodating groove, and one side face of the insulator is provided with a cable outlet communicating with the accommodating groove; a printed circuit board, arranged in the accommodating groove, wherein a lower end of the printed circuit board is provided with a first plugboard portion and at least one second plugboard portion, and the first plugboard portion and the second plugboard portion are both provided with electrical connection portions.

Compact cable connector and connector assembly with stability

A cable connector and a connector assembly including the cable connector are provided. The cable connector includes a plastic main body, a contact body and a cable. A cavity is formed in the plastic main body. The contact body is fixed on the plastic main body and extends into the cavity. The cable is fixed on the plastic main body. One end of the cable is inserted into the plastic main body and is electrically connected to the contact body in the cavity, and an electrically connected portion is exposed in the cavity. The electrically connected portion between the cable and the contact body is exposed in the cavity, so that a clearance is formed at the welding spots between the cable and the contact body and is not injection-moulded by the internal mould, which reduces the attenuation of the cable and greatly improves the signal integrity of the product.

Disclosed is a board connector including a board connector body, conductive terminals of upper and lower rows inserted inside the board connector body and a docking housing wrapped outside the board connector body, wherein a front end of the board connector is used for docking with a cable connector, the docking housing including a top wall, a bottom wall and two side walls, a docking slot is provided between the top wall and a top surface of the board connector body, and the bottom wall is provided with a blocking element that protrudes downward. As compared with the prior art, interference may occur between a front end of a blocking element and a front end of a cable connector when the cable connector is reversely inserted, thereby preventing occurrence of a reverse inserting phenomenon.

Board connector and connector assembly

A high-speed connector for an automobile includes a cable connector, a board connector connected to the cable connector, and sliding blocks provided on two sides of the cable connector. The sliding blocks are separate or are integrated. The cable connector includes a housing, a contact body and a cable. The contact body is installed in the housing. The contact body is in contact with the board connector to achieve an electric connection. The cable is connected to the contact body and protrudes out of the housing. The housing includes a main body portion and side snap-fit plates provided on two sides of the main body portion. A side snap-fit groove is provided on the side snap-fit plate. Side snap-fit clasps are provided on two sides of the board terminal connector. The sliding blocks are installed on the side snap-fit plates and slide upwards and downwards along the side snap-fit plates.

High-speed connector for automobile

A cable connector includes an insulator, an electrical connection portion, a cable and a latch, wherein the electrical connection portion is disposed in the insulator, and one end of the cable is electrically connected to the electrical connection portion; a front end of the insulator is provided with a projecting portion extending toward a bottom end of the insulator, the latch is disposed on the projecting portion, and a latch projection is disposed on a surface of the latch; a rear end of the insulator is provided with a first positioning post projecting toward the bottom end of the insulator; and the projecting portion and the first positioning post of the cable connector are respectively cooperated with a docking connector. The cable connector can implement forward and reverse plug of the cable connector; thereby facilitating wiring of the customer on the mainboard.

An ultra high speed signal cable connector includes an insulating housing, a PCB fixedly mounted inside the insulating housing, and at least one row of cables without grounding wires welded to the PCB. The end portion of a connecting finger of the PCB extends out of the insulating housing, and the PCB is provided with a signal bonding pad and a grounding wire bonding pad. Each cable without grounding wires includes a plurality of electric wires, a conductive jacket for wrapping the plurality of electric wires together, and an insulating jacket wrapped on the outer layer of the conductive jacket. Each electric wire includes a core wire and an insulating layer wrapped on the outer layer of the core wire. One ends of the core wires are welded on the signal bonding pad; a section of insulating jacket is stripped from the foremost end of each cable without grounding wires to expose the conductive jacket. The conductive jackets are electrically and fixedly connected to the grounding wire bonding pad. According to the ultra high speed signal cable connector provided by the present disclosure, there is no need to weld the grounding wire during welding, the welding efficiency can be significantly improved, the connector is compact in structure, small in occupied space and high in strength, and the inner mold is adopted to wrap the welding spots between the cables and the PCB, so that the welding spots are protected, and the electrical performance is significantly improved compared with that of the existing products.

Ultra high speed signal cable connector and assembly method thereof

A high-speed connector for an automobile includes a cable connector, a board connector connected to the cable connector, and elastic sliding blocks provided on two sides of the cable connector. The sliding blocks on two sides are configured separately or are integrated together. The cable connector includes a housing, a contact body and a wire. The contact body is installed in the housing. The contact body contacts and is connected to the board connector. The wire is connected to the contact body and protrudes out of the housing. The housing includes a main body portion and side snap-fit plates provided on two sides of the main body portion. A side snap-fit groove is provided on the side snap-fit plate. Side snap-fit clasps are provided on two sides of the board connector.

A cable connector includes a cable-end insulating main body, a cable-end conductive terminal group provided inside the cable-end insulating main body, a cable electrically connected to the cable-end conductive terminal group, and a buckle installed above the cable-end insulating main body. The cable-end insulating main body includes a main body portion, an insertion portion formed by extending forward from the main body portion, and a buckle portion formed by extending upward and forward from an upper surface of the main body portion. A buckle slot is provided on the top of the buckle portion, the buckle is installed in the buckle slot, a first plug slot is provided in the insertion portion, the cable-end conductive terminal group is provided in the first plug slot, and a first limit slot is provided between a portion of the buckle portion extending out the main body portion and the insertion portion.

A high-speed cable connector includes a housing, a PCB fixed in the housing, a cable electrically connected to the PCB and a snap-fit member. The snap-fit member includes a main body portion and a clasp portion. The main body portion includes a fixing portion, a lever arm rotating portion formed by bending upwards from the tail end of the fixing portion, and a pressing portion fixedly connected to the end of the lever arm rotating portion. The fixing portion is fixedly installed on the top of the housing. The clasp portion includes two clasp arms on two sides of the pressing portion and fixedly connected to the pressing portion. The ends of the clasp arms are respectively provided with a clasp protruding upwards. The height of the clasp is reduced by pressing the pressing portion and the unlocking of the connector is finally completed.

High-speed cable connector

The present invention discloses a flat cable, which comprises signal unit sets and the insulating layer which wraps and fixes the signal unit set. The signal unit set is formed by at least two signals units arranged substantially on the same plane at an interval or side by side. The left and right sides of the signal unit set are directly wrapped by insulating layers. The insulating layer is formed by splicing and bonding at least one insulating film, and the splicing points at two ends of the insulating film are located on the upper side or the lower side of the signal unit set. In the flat cable of the present invention, the length of the overlapping portion can be set as required, effectively preventing the phenomenon such as insulating film tear and short circuit caused by insulating film tear.
