The switching unit includes a plurality of switching branches and a plurality of switching switches, where each of the plurality of switching branches includes a switching resistor, and the plurality of switching switches are configured to control the plurality of switching branches to be switched in or out between the following plurality of terminals and a reference ground: a positive electrode of a battery pack, a second terminal of a first contactor, a negative electrode of the battery pack, and a second terminal of a second contactor. The processing unit is configured to detect sampling point voltage information of the plurality of switching branches.

The switch conversion unit is configured to: enable a first end of the switch conversion unit to connect to a third end of the switch conversion unit within first duration, and enable a second end of the switch conversion unit to connect to the third end of the switch conversion unit within second duration. The collection control unit is configured to: collect a voltage (V) between a first end of a relay and a second end of a battery pack within the first duration, collect a voltage (V) between a second end of the relay and the second end of the battery pack within the second duration, and determine, based on Vand V, whether the relay is faulty.

An insulation resistance detection circuit, detection method, and detection apparatus are provided. The circuit includes an alternating-current signal source, a resonant cavity, a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor, a fourth resistor, a first switch, and a second switch. The alternating-current signal source is sequentially connected to the first resistor, the resonant cavity, the first switch, the second resistor, and the third resistor in series to form a loop. The first resistor is connected to a positive electrode of the alternating-current signal source, and the third resistor is connected to a negative electrode of the alternating-current signal source. One end of the second switch is connected to a negative electrode of a to-be-detected battery, the other end of the second switch is connected to the fourth resistor, and the other end of the fourth resistor is connected to ground.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a voltage collection circuit and a circuit control method. The voltage collection circuit includes a battery monitoring chip, n switch units, and a controller. The battery monitoring chip is connected to a battery module including k battery cells, a battery cell CELL(i) is any one of the k battery cells. A switch unit Ji is connected in parallel to the battery cell CELL(i), a switch unit Js is connected in parallel to voltage collection channels Cs and C(s&#x2212;1). The battery monitoring chip is configured to collect voltages of the k battery cells by using n+1 voltage collection channels. The controller is connected to the battery monitoring chip and control ends of the n switch units and configured to control working statuses of the n switch units according to the voltages collected by using the n+1 voltage collection channels.
