A backlight module includes a light-emitting substrate, at least one chip-on-film and a backplane. The light-emitting substrate includes a signal line group and a plurality of light-emitting units, and the plurality of light-emitting units are electrically connected to the signal line group. The at least one chip-on-film is arranged on a non-light exit side of the light-emitting substrate, and electrically connected to the signal line group. The backplane is disposed on the non-light exit side of the light-emitting substrate, and the at least one chip-on-film is located between the backplane and the light-emitting substrate. The backplane is provided with a groove therein, a notch of the groove faces the light-emitting substrate, and at least portion of a chip-on-film film of the at least one chip-on-film is disposed in the groove.

Backlight module includes: back plate, including base plate at backlight side of display panel, and first side plate at bonding side, where a side of first side plate away from base plate is bent towards direction away from center of base plate to form top plate supporting display panel; rubber frame, including second side plate at bonding side, where first opening is in middle of second side plate in extension direction of second side plate to accommodate first side plate; main circuit board, including opposite first and second ends in first direction, where first end is inserted between top plate and first side plate, and second end has first bonding area for bonding connection with display panel.

The displaying device includes a backlight module. The regulating method includes acquiring maximum grayscale values of the light areas and a maximum grayscale value of the backlight source; according to the maximum grayscale values of the light areas and the maximum grayscale value of the backlight source, obtaining a plurality of first brightness parameters; according to the plurality of first brightness parameters, obtaining a second brightness parameter; and subsequently, according to the second brightness parameter and the initial brightnesses of the light areas, regulating brightnesses of the light areas.

Brightness regulating method, regulating system and displaying device

The present disclosure provides a brightness regulating method. The brightness regulating method is applied to a displaying device. The displaying device includes a backlight module. The regulating method includes: dividing a backlight source of the backlight module into a plurality of light areas; acquiring pixel quantities and pixel grayscale values of pixels within pixel areas corresponding to each of the light areas; according to the pixel quantities and the pixel grayscale values, determining brightness parameters of the light areas; and according to the brightness parameters, regulating brightnesses of the light area. Because, in the process of the brightness regulation, each of the light areas corresponds to one brightness parameter, the light areas can be individually regulated according to the severity degrees of the halo phenomenon in the different areas, whereby, while alleviating the halo phenomenon, the brightness regulation has a better pertinence and a better effect.

A display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The display device includes a first liquid crystal panel for displaying a picture, a second liquid crystal panel for switching between a privacy mode and a sharing mode, and a back light assembly for emitting light; the second liquid crystal panel is disposed on a light-emitting side of the back light assembly; the first liquid crystal panel is disposed on a side of the second liquid crystal panel away from the back light assembly, and a spacer film is disposed between the first liquid crystal panel and the second liquid crystal panel, and is attached to the second liquid crystal panel.

A backlight module includes: light sources; a light guide plate disposed at a side of the light sources, the light guide plate including a second light guide portion disposed adjacent to the light sources and a first light guide portion disposed on a side of the second light portion away from the light sources, a thickness of the second light guide portion being greater than a thickness of the first light guide portion; and a back plate including a first back plate portion disposed at a side of the light sources away from the light guide plate and a second back plate portion disposed at a side of the light guide plate which is opposite to a light exit side of the light guide plate.

The present disclosure provides a light source assembly, a backlight module, and a display device. The light source assembly includes: at least one semiconductor laser, at least one beam expander, and a package; the at least one semiconductor laser and the at least one beam expander are in one-to-one correspondence and are all encapsulated in the package; each of the at least one beam expander is disposed on a side of a light emitting surface of a corresponding one of the at least one semiconductor laser; light emitted by each of the at least one semiconductor laser is expanded by a corresponding one of the at least one beam expander and then emitted from the package.
