A connector assembly includes a connector, a circuit board having a first soldering pin and a second soldering pin electrically connected with the first soldering pin, a cable having a wire with a conductor, and an outer shield housing mounted on the circuit board and covering the connector, the cable, and the circuit board. The connector includes a shield housing, an insulation body disposed in the shield housing, and a conductive terminal held in the insulation body. The conductive terminal is soldered to the first soldering pin. The conductor is soldered to the second soldering pin.

A photovoltaic junction box is disclosed. The photovoltaic junction box has a base having a receiving chamber, a cover mounted on the base closing the receiving chamber, and a plurality of ventilation passageways. The plurality of ventilation passageways are disposed between a peripheral edge of the cover and a peripheral edge of the receiving chamber, and communicate between the receiving chamber and an area external of the photovoltaic junction box.

The photovoltaic junction box comprises a box body, a plurality of terminals disposed in the box body, and a plurality of diodes disposed in the box body. A first terminal of the plurality of terminals is directly connected to a positive wire extending into the box body and a second terminal of the plurality of terminals is disposed adjacent to the first terminal. A first diode of the plurality of diodes has a first positive pin with a first positive soldering surface soldered on the first terminal and a first negative pin with a first negative soldering surface soldered on the second terminal. The first positive soldering surface has a larger surface area than the first negative soldering surface.

A photovoltaic junction box is disclosed. The photovoltaic junction box has a housing, a plurality of contacts disposed in the housing, and a diode mounted on two adjacent contacts. Each diode has a pair of first pins separated from each other. Each first pin has a soldering end portion soldered on a first contact of the two adjacent contacts. A connection piece connects the soldering end portions of the pair of first pins and is soldered on the first contact.

An angle between two adjacent diodes of the plurality of diodes is not equal to zero.

A photovoltaic junction box is provided, including: a box body; a plurality of conduction terminals received in the box body; and at least one surface-mounted diode mounted on the plurality of conduction terminals. Each surface-mounted diode includes a flat body, at least one anode pin extending outwardly from an edge of the flat body, and a cathode pad located on a bottom of the flat body. The cathode pad of at least one surface-mounted diode mounted on a surface of the conduction terminal has a heat conduction angle &#x3b3; more than 180 degrees and less than 360 degrees. Since the heat conduction angle is more than 180 degrees, the heat produced by the diode may be rapidly transferred to the conduction terminal in time to avoid deterioration or damage to the diode, improving the heat dissipation rate, and improving the current carrying capacity of the photovoltaic junction box.
