A wireless communication method, applied to a wireless communication device to decide uplink parameters, comprising: (a) determining which one of candidate stations can be at least one target station which can perform uplink transmissions to the wireless communication device; (b) calculating a number of the target station; (c) allocating at least one RU (Resource Unit) to the target station according to the number and pre-recorded reference allocation information, to generate the uplink parameters comprising RU allocation parameters; and (d) generating a trigger frame comprising the uplink parameters and transmitting the trigger frame to the target station.

The present disclosure discloses a dynamic transmission bandwidth allocation method having dynamic transmission bandwidth allocation mechanism used in a wireless communication apparatus is provided that includes the steps outlined below. Interference information and transmission ability information of remote wireless communication apparatuses is retrieved. A predetermined transmission bandwidth range that includes resource units is set. The remote wireless communication apparatuses are allocated in the predetermined transmission bandwidth range to generate an allocation result. Whether the allocation result satisfies resource unit allocation criteria is determined. When the allocation result does not satisfy the resource unit allocation criteria, the predetermined transmission bandwidth range is shrunk to another allocatable transmission bandwidth range to determine whether the allocation result satisfies the resource unit allocation criteria. When the allocation result satisfies the resource unit allocation criteria, the remote wireless communication apparatuses are allocated according to the allocation result to perform communication thereto through a communication circuit.

A method for performing bit level management in a wireless local area network (WLAN) system, transmitter and receiver are provided. The method includes: calculating respective bit counts of one or more padding fields located in one or more locations within a packet in a transmitter within the WLAN system, respectively; and according to the respective bit counts of the one or more padding field, filling one or more sets of valid data corresponding to at least one predetermined bit count into the one or more padding fields, to replace one or more sets of redundant data. In addition, when a receiver within the WLAN system receives the packet that has the one or more sets of valid data, the WLAN system utilizes the one or more sets of valid data to enhance overall performance of the WLAN system.
