An operation assistance system can collect on-site data and perform fault diagnosis analysis to provide an operational guidance for helping users to operate a subject device. In the operation assistance system, a user device is configured to observe the subject device, capture live video, and simultaneously display visual aids. The monitor device is coupled to the subject device to monitor various sensor states of the subject device to determine a fault status. The server is coupled to the user device and the monitor device, providing visual aids to the user device based on the fault status. The user device is also configured to allow the wearer to perceive the visual aids displayed as in a specific relative position in the space where the subject device is located.

Operation assistance system

A drive system thermal temperature rise test and compensation system. The system has an optical non-contact type sensing head mounted on a main shaft of a machine tool, and a sensing center is formed in the center of the sensing head. A platform driven by a transmission device of the machine tool is provided with plural ball lens devices, and a temperature sensor for transmitting temperature data externally is further provided on the transmission device. After the machine tool sequentially records an original point coordinate for each ball lens center by using the sensing head, the sensing head is cyclically and sequentially moved to the original point coordinate of each ball lens, so as to measure a displacement error between the sensing center and the ball lens center resulted from thermal shifts of the transmission device, as well as capable of measuring multiaxial errors and using various axial temperatures for compensation.

Drive system thermal temperature rise test and compensation system

A many-to-many state identification system of equipment names broadcasted from Internet-of-Things comprises IoT nodes and IoT mobile devices connecting the IoT nodes wirelessly. Each IoT node receives the sensed value of transducer on a machine element, determining whether the sensed value of transducer is abnormal. Next, the IoT node broadcasts an equipment identification name containing an existing gateway identification code and a state code of transducer showing whether the transducer is abnormal. When the IoT mobile device scans the equipment identification name broadcasted from the IoT node, a visual interface displays the state of IoT node by identifying the gateway identification code and the state code. Accordingly, before connecting the IoT mobile device to the IoT node, the state of transducer in the IoT node is acquired, allowing any IoT mobile device to monitor any transducer in a synchronous and many-to-many manner within the broadcasting area.

An optical detecting apparatus for detecting a degree of freedom error of a spindle and has a standard bar and a sensor module, and is assembled between a spindle and a rotating platform of a powered machinery. The standard bar has a rod lens and a reflection face. The sensor module has two detecting groups, an oblique laser head, and a reflected spot displacement sensor. Each detecting group emits a laser light through the rod lens along the X-axis and the Y-axis of the powered machinery. The oblique laser head emits an oblique laser light to the reflected spot displacement sensor. When the spindle of the powered machinery generates errors after rotating, the sensor module receives the changes of the laser lights to obtain the displacement change signals of the standard bar for a calculation unit to detect the errors between the spindle and the rotating platform.

Optical detecting apparatus for detecting a degree of freedom error of a spindle and a detecting method thereof

A method of numerical-control scraping of a work piece has a preparing step, a scanning step, a flatness-parameter inputting step, a surface-finishing step, a related-parameter inputting step, an auto-scraping step and an analyzing step. The preparing step comprises preparing a multi-axis machine tool, a laser displacement meter, an auto scraping apparatus and a computer. The scanning step comprises scanning the work piece. The flatness-parameter inputting step comprises inputting a flatness-parameter. The surface-finishing step comprises calculating out the to-be-scraped ranges of the work piece and scraping the work piece. The related-parameter inputting step comprises inputting desired PPI and POP in the computer, calculating out the HOP, the DOS and the oil content to obtain the length, the width and the depth of a single scraping process. The auto-scraping step comprises scraping the work piece to meet the requirement. The analyzing step comprises detecting the 3D-appearance drawing of the work piece.

Method of numerical-control scraping of a work piece

A manufacturing-process equipment has a platform assembly, a measurement feedback assembly and a laser-working assembly. The platform assembly has a base and a hybrid-moving platform. The base has a mounting frame. The hybrid-moving platform is mounted on the base and has a long-stroke moving stage and a piezo-driven micro-stage. The long-stroke moving stage has a benchmark set and a driving device. The piezo-driven micro-stage is connected to the long-stroke moving stage and has a working platform. The measurement feedback assembly is securely mounted on the platform assembly and has a laser interferometer, a reflecting device and a signal-receiving device. The laser-working assembly is mounted on the platform assembly, is electrically connected to the measurement feedback assembly and has a laser direct-writing head, a controlling interface device and a positioning interface device.

Manufacturing-process equipment

An optical calibration and testing device for machine tools includes a light source unit, a beam splitter, and at least one photo detector. The light source emits a laser light hitting the beam splitter and is split into two beams. One is perpendicular to the foundation of the light source unit, and the other is parallel with the foundation so as to test straightness, inclination angle, verticalness, vertical column inclination, vertical column parallelism and guide bar inclination of a machine tool. If there is no tested error, the position of the testing light spot coincides with that of the initial light spot. If there is an error, the position of testing light spot varies according to the error.

Optical calibration and testing device for machine tools

A high precision, rapidly operable optical parallelism measurement device includes a light source module, a light beam splitting module and at least two photoelectric detectors. The light source module has a light source and a light beam splitting element such that the light source module is able to produce two light beams perpendicular to each other. One of them is parallel to the moving direction, and is received by one of the detectors, while the other beam is split into two beams perpendicular to each other by the light beam splitting module. One beam is parallel to the former parallel by moving beam and is received by the other detector. With this scheme, the measurement can be performed by means of those perpendicular and parallel light beams without being affected by the structure of the machine platen to cause errors. The device can be manufactured with low cost and high precision. It is very compact in size and easy to carry and build up for rapid measurement.

Optical parallelism measurement device

An auto-scraping apparatus for a work piece of a hard rail has a tracking device, a driving device and a tool device. The tracking device has a connecting frame, a moving frame, a lifting frame and a tool frame. The moving frame is movably connected to the connecting frame. The lifting frame is movably connected to the moving frame. The tool frame is rotatably connected to the lifting frame. The driving device is connected to the tracking device and has two linear motion units and a rotating motion unit. One of the linear motion units drives the moving frame and the other linear motion unit drives the lifting frame. The rotating motion unit is mounted in the tool frame and has a rotating shaft. The tool device is detachably connected to the driving device and has a tool carrier and a relieving tool.

Auto-scraping apparatus

A geometric error measuring device includes a measuring module and at least one (quadrant) photodiode. The measuring module has an emitting deice, which may emit at least one light ray; the photodiode may receive the incident ray. Also, the trajectory of the incident ray is parallel with the direction of measurement. If there is no geometric error, the position of the incident light ray will coincide with the position of the measured light ray. If there is a geometric error, the position of the measured light ray will not coincide with the position of the incident light ray. After the data are processed and calculated, geometric errors in straightness, squareness and rotational angles (pitch, yaw and roll) may be obtained. These geometric errors may then be corrected in the setup of a machine.

Geometric error measuring device

A method of detecting a dynamic path of a five-axis machine tool having a spindle and a turntable and has a preparing step, a correcting step and a detecting step. The preparing step includes mounting a detector on the spindle, mounting a cat-eye reflector on the turntable, emitting a laser light to the cat-eye reflector, reflecting the laser light to the detector and splitting into two light beams. One of the light beams is emitted to a four-quadrant position sensitive detector. The correcting step includes rotating the detector, detecting a signal of the laser light by the four-quadrant position sensitive detector to eliminate an offset between the detecting assembly and the spindle. The detecting step includes detecting the dynamic path of the five-axis machine tool by detecting the positions of at least two of the linear axes and at least one of the rotation axes of the five-axis machine tool.

Method of detecting a dynamic path of a five-axis machine tool and dectecting assembly for the same

An automatic scan and mark apparatus has a machine tool, a location detection module, a laser detector, an ink jet and a control computer. The machine tool has a movable module and a stage. The stage mounts and holds a specimen having a scraped surface. The control computer controls the location detection module to determine a position of the movable module, controls the laser detector to detect a surface morphology of the scraped surface in a measurement range, and activates the ink jet to eject inks on high points of the scraped surface of the specimen. Thus, the surface morphology is built automatically and high points are screened out and marked by colored ink. Manufacturer may easily redo scraping of determined high points based on the marked location on the specimen without burdensome measurement.

Automatic scan and mark apparatus

A detecting assembly for multi-axis machine tools having a spindle and a turntable and has a detector, a lens device and a computer. The detector is connected to the spindle and has a mounting frame and two detecting segments. The mounting frame is connected to the spindle and has a connecting rod, a bottom board and multiple mounting boards. The detecting segments are mounted on the mounting boards and each has a light source and a sensor. The lens device is mounted on the turntable, extends into the detector and has a supporting shaft and a spherical lens. The spherical lens is mounted on an upper end of the supporting shaft to align light emitted from the light sources with corresponding sensors via the spherical lens. The computer is electrically connected to the detector to receive signals of the detecting segments of the detector and has a signal processor.

Detecting assembly for a multi-axis machine tool

Means for measuring a working machine's structural deviation from five reference axes includes a main sensing body bonded with a main axis of the working machine (or controlled to revolve), and a lighting unit set around the main sensing body to circle about the main sensing body with a fixed radius (or the lighting unit radiates a light on the main sensing body from that radial distance and circles along with the main sensing body) such that as soon as the main sensing body has detected an optical signal, it is converted to an error signal informing of the working machine's structural deviation in two or three dimensional displacement.

A static/dynamic multi-function measuring device for linear unit, includes a foundation, a multi-direction sliding unit having eddy current detector, a linear motor, a linear unit with a sensing element and an optical measuring unit; the static/dynamic multi-function measuring device uses the linear motor to drive the multi-direction sliding unit with low friction to provide a non-contact measurement of a parallel alignment of the linear unit, a linear accuracy measurement of the linear unit, and a vibration measurement of the linear unit to detect the parallel alignment of the linear unit and the linear accuracy of a slide rail and so on, the static/dynamic multi-function measuring device also measures errors of the linear unit and a slide block moving in the vibrating and the rolling direction.
