A projection lens module including a lens assembly, a reflector, a housing, a light shading structure, a fan, and an air guiding element is provided. The reflector is disposed on an optical axis of the lens assembly. The reflector includes a reflective surface and a shady surface. The housing covers the reflector, and includes a first part and a second part. The first part and the reflective surface of the reflector jointly define an enclosed space, and the second part and at least a part of the shady surface of the reflector jointly define an air guiding space. The light shading structure overlaps the air outlet in a direction of the optical axis. The fan is disposed outside the housing. The air guiding element connects the fan and the housing, and guides the wind blown by the fan to the shady surface, and the wind leaves from the air outlet.

Projection lens module

A projection apparatus includes a casing, a projection lens, a first and a second light source modules, a first and a second thermal modules respectively thermally coupled to the first and the second light source modules, and a first and a second fans. The casing includes a bottom cover having a first air inlet corresponding to the projection lens, a front cover, a rear cover having a second air inlet, a first and a second side covers, which define an internal space divided into a first and a second areas. The first air inlet is connected to the internal space. A first air outlet of the first side cover and the second air inlet are connected to the first area. The first and the second light source modules, the first and the second thermal modules, and the first and the second fans are disposed in the first area.

Projection apparatus

A projector including a casing, a control system, an image assembly and at least one electric thermal heater is provided. The image assembly is coupled to and controlled by the control system. The electric thermal heater is coupled to and controlled by the control system. The control system is configured to activate the electric thermal heater to preheat the image assembly, such that the image assembly is warmed up to a cut-off temperature. Then, the control system is configured to switch off the electric thermal heater. Then the focal length of the image assembly is adjusted. A focal length adjusting method for the projector is further provided. The projector and the method may be used to avoid the thermal expansion of various elements, so as to avoid focal length shift.

Projector and focal length adjusting method thereof

A light source module configured to provide an illumination light beam is provided. The light source module includes first, second, third and fourth light source components and a heat sink structure. The first light source component emits red light. The second light source component emits first green light. The third light source component emits first blue light. The fourth light source component emits second blue light towards the second light source component. The second light source component converts the second blue light into second green light. The illumination light beam includes the red light, the first green light, the first blue light, and the second green light. The heat sink structure is connected to the first light source component and is connected to one of the second light source component and the fourth light source component. In addition, a projector having the light source module is also provided.

Light source module and projector

A projection device includes a housing, a projection lens, a first light source module, a second light source module, a first heat dissipation module and a second heat dissipation module. The housing includes a front cover, a rear cover, a first side cover, a second side cover, a first air inlet, a second air inlet and an air outlet. The front cover, the rear cover, the first side cover and the second side cover define an accommodation space. A direction of an optical axis of the projection lens divides the accommodation space into a first area and a second area. The second air inlet is located at the first area, and the air outlet is located at the second area. The first heat dissipation module is connected to the first light source module, and the second heat dissipation module is connected to the second light source module.

Projection device

Embodiments of the disclosure provide a projector including a housing, a light source module, a light engine module, a projection lens module, and a thermal module. An airflow is formed in the housing. The thermal module is disposed in the housing and includes a base and a plurality of fins. The housing has a space for accommodating the thermal module, and a dimension of the space is L. An average velocity of the airflow before entering the plurality of fins is V, and a pitch between adjacent fins of the plurality of fins is P, and a reference value Y=[2.9*(V+1)*(P&#x2212;2.3)&#x2227;2+2.4*(V&#x2212;3.308)&#x2227;2+15.82], and when L is greater than or equal to Y, the thermal module is a three-dimensional vapor chamber thermal module or a tower thermal module.

Projector

The invention provides a projection device including a housing, a light source module, an optical engine module, a projection lens, and a plurality of fans. The housing includes at least one air inlet and a plurality of air outlets. The air outlets are respectively located on a first side plate and a second side plate of the housing that are opposite to each other. An airflow direction of the air inlet is not parallel to an airflow direction of the air outlets. The light source module is located closely adjacent to the air inlet. The optical engine module is located on a light transmission path of a light emitted from the light source module. The projection lens is disposed inside the housing and is connected to the optical engine module. The fans are disposed inside the housing and are respectively located closely adjacent to the air outlets.

A heat dissipation module and a projection apparatus are provided. The heat dissipation module dissipates the heat generated by a plurality of heating elements, includes a heat pipe, a heat dissipation plate, a first and a second heat dissipation fins. The heat pipe includes a first portion of the heat pipe passes through the first heat dissipation fin and a second portion of the heat pipe passes through the second heat dissipation fin and a third portion connected with the first and the second portions. The third portion of the heat pipe and the heating elements are connected to the heat dissipation plate. The heat generated by the heating elements is dissipated by the heat dissipation plate, the first and the second heat dissipation fins through thermal conduction method and thermal convection method. The invention saves accommodating space in the projection apparatus and has an efficient heat dissipation effect.

Heat dissipation module and projection apparatus

The invention provides a projection device including a housing, a light source module, an optical engine module, and a projection lens. The light source module includes a light source and a light source heat dissipation module. The light source heat dissipation module includes a light source dissipation fin. The optical engine module is located on a light transmission path of a light emitted from the light source. The optical engine module includes a light-modulating device and an optical engine dissipation fin. An extension direction of a supporting surface of the light-modulating device is parallel to an upper casing or an lower casing of the housing. The optical engine dissipation fin is disposed above the supporting surface of the light-modulating device. The light-modulating device is located between the optical engine dissipation fin and the light source dissipation fin. The projection lens is connected to the optical engine module.

Projection device capable of improving heat dissipation effect

The invention provides a projection device. The projection device includes a housing, an optical engine, a projection lens, a plurality of first fans and a heat dissipating module. The housing has an air inlet and an air outlet. The optical engine is configured in the housing, and includes a plurality of heating elements. The projection lens is connected to the optical engine. The heat dissipating module is configured in the housing, and the heat dissipating module includes a first heat dissipating fin. One of the plurality of first fans is adjacent to the first heat dissipating fin, and another of the plurality of first fans is away from the first heat dissipating fin. There is no the first heat dissipating fin between the air inlet and the another, away from the first heat dissipating fin, of the plurality of first fans.

Projection device applying heat dissipating module with a better heat dissipating effect

A projector includes a casing, an optical engine module and a heat dissipation module. The optical engine module disposed in the casing includes a light source, a light valve and a projection lens. The heat dissipation module disposed in the casing includes at least two heat pipes and a heat dissipation fin set. The heat dissipation fin set includes at least a heat dissipation fin and at least a turbulent structure. The heat dissipation fin has a surface including a heat pipe arrangement region and a turbulent region adjacent to each other. The at least one heat pipe passes through the heat pipe arrangement region, and an air flowing section is formed near the at least one heat pipe. The turbulent region has a turbulent section corresponding to the air flowing section, and the turbulent structure is disposed in the turbulent region and extends continuously in the turbulent section.

Projector, heat dissipation module and heat dissipation fin

An illumination system including an excitation light source, a wavelength conversion element and a filter element is provided. The excitation light source is used for emitting an excitation beam. The wavelength conversion element has a wavelength conversion region. When the wavelength conversion region is cut into a transmission path of the excitation beam, the wavelength conversion region is excited by the excitation beam and emits a converted beam. A reference plane is perpendicular to the transmission path of the converted beam and is angled such that an acute angle is formed between the reference plane and the filter wheel which is disposed on a transmission path of the converted beam coming from the wavelength conversion element. The filter element allows a part of the converted beam to penetrate so as to output at least one color beam, and reflects another part of the converted beam.

Illumination system and projection apparatus

A heat dissipation module includes a heat dissipation fin set. The heat dissipation fin set includes a plurality of heat dissipation fins, wherein these heat dissipation fins are stacked on each other, and each of the heat dissipation fins has a front side, a rear side opposite to the front side and at least one turbulent structure set. The turbulent structure set is located between the front side and the rear side and includes a plurality of first turbulent structures. The first turbulent structures are arranged from the front side to the rear side in sequence. A heat dissipation airflow flows from the front side toward the turbulent structure set along a flowing direction, and passes through the turbulent structure set to flow toward the rear side. An extending direction of each of the first turbulent structures is tilted relative to the flowing direction.

A projection apparatus includes a housing, a projection module, an electronic assembly and a heat dissipating module. The housing has first to fourth sides. The first and second sides are provided with air outlet and first air inlet respectively. A containing space is defined in the housing and has first and second areas. The heat dissipating module includes first to third heat dissipating members and first to second fans. The first, second, third heat dissipating members are connected to a light source module of the projection module. The first heat dissipating member is close to the air outlet. The second heat dissipating member is in the first area. The third heat dissipating member is in the first area and close to the second air inlet.

Projection apparatus with heat dissipating module

A projecting apparatus includes a chassis, an optical engine, a first fan set and a second fan set. The first fan set is disposed in the chassis and located at a first air outlet, and is configured to drive air to flow via a first air inlet into the chassis to form a first air flow. The first air flow flows out of the chassis via the first air outlet. The second fan set is disposed in the chassis and located at a second air outlet, and is configured to drive air to flow via the first air inlet into the chassis to form a second air flow. The second air flow flows out of the chassis via the second air outlet. A flow direction of the first air flow at the first air outlet is perpendicular to that of the second air flow at the second air outlet.
