An air handling unit control system is applied to an air handling unit having a plurality of hardware devices. The air handling unit control system includes at least one expansion module and a main controller. The at least one expansion module is configured to be electrically connected to at least one expanded hardware device. The main controller is electrically connected to the expansion module to control the expanded hardware device. The main controller provides a setting interface according to the hardware devices and the expanded hardware device. The setting interface includes a plurality of setting items. When at least one of the setting items is triggered, the main controller executes a corresponding setting procedure according to the triggered setting item to set up the hardware devices and the expanded hardware device.

Air handling unit control system

An air conditioner at least including a controller, a first fan unit, and a second fan unit arranged parallel to the first fan unit is disclosed. The controller performs a parallel operating control procedure, including a first control mode and a second control mode, to the first fan unit and the second fan unit respectively. When operating under the first control mode, the controller adjusts the rotating speed of one of the first fan unit and the second fan unit based on a first standard air volume, so the two fan units output the air volume equal to or approximate to the first standard air volume. When operating under the second control mode, the controller controls the rotating speed of both the first and second fan units according to a second standard air volume, so the two fan units output the same air volume.

A control method for an air conditioning system includes: calculating an average heat exchange amount of a coil according to real-time operation information; setting a full-load air volume parameter and a full-load water volume parameter in a heat exchange model according to the real-time operation information and the heat exchange model, and calculating a full-load heat exchange amount; calculating a dynamic margin value based on the average heat exchange amount and the full-load heat exchange amount; determining whether the dynamic margin value is greater than a first preset condition or less than a second preset condition, so that the controller outputs a first control signal or a second control signal respectively to adjust a coil water inlet temperature; and when the dynamic margin value is less than the first preset condition and greater than the second preset condition, maintaining the current setting state.

Control method for air conditioning system

A smart curtain system and a method of adjusting opening of curtain dynamically are provided. The system has a sensing apparatus, a control apparatus and a curtain apparatus. The sensing apparatus retrieves an environmental sensing parameter set. The control apparatus determines a parameter of insolation reaching indoor, a parameter of air-condition loading and a parameter of outputted illumination according to the environmental sensing parameter set, and generates a curtain control signal according to the parameter of insolation reaching indoor, the parameter of air-condition loading and the parameter of outputted illumination. The curtain apparatus adjusts a current opening of a curtain according to the curtain control signal for adjusting an area of obscured sunshine. The present disclosed example can effectively save energy, provide better indoor comfort, and improve user experience.

A method for alerting component efficacy declining of HVAC apparatus includes: continually recording working time of a fan of an HVAC apparatus and controlling a pressure-difference transmitter arranged on both sides of a filter of the HVAC apparatus for calculating current pressure difference; calculating a first-stage slope based on a first pressure-difference condition, an initial pressure difference, and an accumulated working time of the fan when the current pressure difference reaches the first pressure-difference condition; calculating a second-stage slope based on a second pressure-difference condition, the first pressure-difference condition, and the accumulated working time of the fan when the current pressure difference reaches the second pressure-difference condition; predicting a remaining lifetime of the filter based on the first-stage slope if a comparison result between the two slopes is smaller than or equal to a threshold; otherwise, predicting the remaining lifetime of the filter based on the second-stage slope.

A system is disclosed and includes an air-conditioning load prediction unit for predicting a load of an air-conditioning unit in a future time period based on past data; an indoor temperature and humidity sensing module for sensing temperature and humidity of a building at a first time; a fan-speed sensing module for sensing a fan-speed of the air-conditioning unit at the first time; and a comfort-degree prediction module for calculating a comfort-degree that the air-conditioning unit is required to reach at a second time based on the sensed temperature, sensed humidity and sensed fan-speed; an energy management unit for controlling a central monitoring computer to set a temperature and an fan-speed of the air conditioning unit, and compare the predicted load and an actual load of the air conditioning unit for adjusting the set temperature and the set fan-speed in real time. A method of adjusting is also provided.

An ice storage amount adjusting system is disclosed. The ice storage amount adjusting system includes a chiller, an air-condition scheduler for outputting a scheduling parameter of an air-conditioner during a first time, an indoor-temperature setting module for outputting indoor-temperature setting condition during the first time, a building exterior-load collecting module for outputting exterior loading factors of a building during the first time, a weather forecasting data collecting module for outputting weather forecasting data during an upcoming second time, and an air-condition loading predictor. The air-condition loading predictor predicts an air-condition loading of the air-conditioner at the second time based on the scheduling parameter, the indoor-temperature setting condition, the exterior loading factors and the weather forecasting data. The chiller adjusts its ice storage amount to reach a target storage demand based on the predicted air-condition loading.

Ice storage amount adjusting system and adjusting method for the same

The present disclosure relates to a performance forecasting method applied to an air conditioning equipment and a central server. The air conditioning equipment has a plurality of detecting elements so as to detect a plurality kinds of physical parameters and a performance parameter. The central server stores those parameters as a set of first parameters and a first performance value. When the central server receives other physical parameters and another performance parameter, it calculates the similarity between the other physical parameters and each set of the first parameters according to the law of cosines. The central server selects the set of the first parameters which have the similarity being greater than a selecting threshold, so as to calculating an expected performance value. Accordingly, the central server can forecast a performance decline degree by comparing the another performance parameter and the expected performance value.

Performance forecasting method

A method of controlling a water-pump of an air conditioning system used in an active air conditioning water circulating system includes: detecting an environmental parameter and a load value of the active air conditioning water system actively; adjusting a flow rate of a water-pump of the active air conditioning water system according to a first control logic when the environmental parameter is less than a first pre-default parameter and the load value is less than a load threshold; and, adjusting the flow rate of the water-pump according to a first control logic when the environmental parameter is not less than the first pre-default parameter or the load value is not less than the load threshold. The present disclosed example can enhance a flow control capacity for different environmental statuses via controlling the flow rate in the different environmental status according to the different control logic.
