A rotor mechanism includes a plurality of rotor bars and a rotor core. The rotor bars are disposed along the edge of the rotor core. The rotor core has a plurality of magnetic flux-barrier units and at least one flux channel. Each magnetic flux-barrier unit extends from one of the rotor bars to another rotor bar. The flux channel passes through the flux-barrier units and surrounds an axis of the rotor core, wherein each magnetic flux-barrier unit is a magnetic flux barrier, and the area between the adjacent magnetic flux-barrier units and the flux channel are pathways for magnetic flux.

Annular magnetic flux channel rotor mechanism

A lens device comprises a connect assembly, a lens assembly and a drive assembly. The lens assembly is disposed on the connect assembly and has a central axis. The drive assembly comprises a first coil, a magnet and a second coil. The first coil is wound around the lens assembly. The magnet is disposed on the connect assembly and has a first magnetic pole, a second magnetic pole, a first direction of magnetic field and a second direction of magnetic field. The first direction of magnetic field and the second direction of magnetic field are not parallel to each other. The first direction of magnetic field points toward the first coil. The second coil is disposed on the connect assembly. The second direction of magnetic field points toward a part of the second coil.

Lens device

This disclosure provides a voice coil motor, including a magnet holder, a magnet set, a lens holder, a lens set, an upper and lower elastic piece and a circuit board. The magnet set has four magnets mounted on four sides of the magnet holder, each of the magnets having opposing N/S and S/N magnetic poles. The lens set is disposed in the lens holder. The upper and lower elastic pieces are mounted above and below the lens holder, respectively. Four focusing coil loops are disposed between the lens holder and magnet set, and correspond to the four magnets of the magnet set. Four optical image stabilization coil loops are disposed on the circuit board and correspond to the four magnets of the magnet set, respectively. The focusing coil loops and optical image stabilization coil loops share the magnet set. Therefore, the voice coil motor has a size reduced.

Voice coil motor

A mover and stator assembly of an electric machine includes at least one stator and at least one rotor. Each stator includes multiple magnetic components each including a first surface and a salient portion protruding from the first surface. The rotor includes multiple second magnetic components each including a second surface and a groove located on the second surface. The first surfaces face the second surfaces, and the width of each salient portion is less than that of each groove.

An electrical rotor and stator structure includes at least one stator, at least one rotor and multiple outward pillar structures. The at least one stator includes multiple first magnetic members. Each first magnetic member has a first surface. The at least one rotor is able to be rotated pivotally relative to the at least one stator. The at least one rotor includes multiple second magnetic members. Each second magnetic member has a second surface facing and opposite to the first surface. The multiple outward pillar structures are installed on the second surfaces and the first surfaces.

Electrical rotor and stator structure

An axial flux Halbach rotor comprise: a first magnet set and a second magnet set. Further comprises: a plurality of first magnets that are respective featured by their respective first magnetizing directions and are arranged interconnecting to each other by the use of a first connecting element while allowing any two neighboring first magnets to be spaced from each other by a first distance; and the second magnet set further comprises: a plurality of second magnets that are respectively featured by their respective second magnetizing directions and are arranged interconnecting to each other by the use of a second connecting element while allowing any two neighboring second magnets to be spaced from each other by a second distance. In addition, the first magnet set and the second magnet set are arranged inlaid into each other while allowing the plural first magnets and the plural second magnets to be dispose alternatively.

Axial flux halbach rotor

A wound stator core disclosed is substantially formed from a spirally piled strip. In an embodiment, the strip with a specific length is formed with a first dentition and a second dentition, whereas the first dentition is featured by a first slot-number ratio and is composed of a first side and a plurality of first teeth in a manner that the plural first teeth are arranged as an array on the first side; which is also same to the second dentition while allowing the second slot-number ratio to be equal to the first slot-number ratio. In addition, each first tooth is formed with a first dental part at a free end thereof, while also each second tooth is formed with a second dental part at a free end thereof, and the first dental part of each first tooth is connected to the second dental part of its corresponding second tooth.

Wound stator core

A rotational kinetic energy output device includes a housing component, a rotational component and a magnetism generating component. The rotational component includes a rotational body pivotally connected to the housing component, and the rotational body has at least one magnetic element. The magnetism generating component includes a plurality of magnetizers and coils wound on the magnetizers, the magnetizers are disposed in the housing component and surround the rotational body. Each of the magnetizers has a first magnetic arm and a second magnetic arm extended respectively toward the rotational body, and the rotational body is disposed between the first magnetic arm and the second magnetic arm. Thereby, the rotational kinetic energy output device allows a force to be balancedly exerted on the rotational body and a thin shape is also achieved.

An auxiliary apparatus for better vacuum cleaning effect, comprising: a first frame, formed with a first entrance and a first exit connected to the first entrance by a channel; a second frame, formed with a second entrance and a second exit, both arranged at positions between the first entrance and the first exit while being connected to the channel; and an energy harvester, wherein an airflow entering the first frame through the first entrance is split into a first airflow and a second airflow while enabling the first airflow to flow toward the first exit and the second airflow to flow into the second frame through the second entrance where it is guided toward the energy harvester for driving the same, and then the second airflow is guided to flow out of the second exit and enters the first frame for merging with the first airflow.

Auxiliary apparatus for better vacuuming effect

A heat-pipe electric power generating device includes a heat pipe having an evaporating end and a condensing end, a non-magnetic shell connected to the condensing end, a generator stator coil disposed at the outer of the non-magnetic shell, a turbine disposed in the heat pipe, a driving axle connected to the turbine and extended into the non-magnetic shell, and a magnetic element disposed at the driving axle and located in the non-magnetic shell. A vapor flow flowing to the condensing end is generated at the evaporating end. The vapor flow drives the turbine to move the magnetic element, such that the generator stator coil generates an induced current. In addition, a hydrogen/oxygen gas generating apparatus and an internal combustion engine system having the heat-pipe electric power generating device are also provided.

Heat-pipe electric power generating device and hydrogen/oxygen gas generating apparatus and internal combustion engine system having the same

A heat-pipe electric power generating device including a fan disposed between an evaporating end and a condensing end of a heat-pipe is provided. A magnetic substance is disposed on the fan to form a magnetic field. A stator coil of a generator is disposed at the outer of the heat-pipe, which is corresponding to the position of the fan. An induced current is generated by the stator coil of the generator when the magnetic substance spins. Since the heat-pipe is made of copper, and the magnetic field is not shielded by copper, a current is induced when a relative motion between the magnetic substance on the fan and the stator coil of the generator at the outer of the heat-pipe is generated. Further, the heat-pipe electric power generating device can be applied on a hydrogen/oxygen gas generating apparatus and an internal combustion engine system of a motor vehicle.

A high power-density power generating module, comprising: a magnet unit having a plurality of adjacent magnets with opposite magnet-pole arrangement against adjacent ones, each with a magnetic north pole and a magnetic south pole; and a winding unit having a plurality of adjacent windings around the adjacent magnets; wherein the magnet unit is capable of moving relatively to the winding unit and the angle between the linking direction of the magnetic north pole and the magnetic south pole of each magnet and the winding surface of each winding is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 90 degrees.

High power-density power generating module

An electric generator is disclosed, which comprises: at least a magnet, each having more than two poles; and at least a claw-pole set, each being composed of an inner claw-pole and an outer claw-pole; wherein, the inner claw-pole and the outer claw-pole are interlaced arranged and used for guiding magnetic flux; the inner claw-pole is connected to an iron core whose outer diameter is smaller than the magnet and thus the loop of the inner claw-pole and the outer claw-pole is conducted; the core is winded by a solenoid coil; the number of claws of the inner claw-pole is the half of the pole number of the magnet while the outer claw-pole is the same, so that, as the magnet is move relative to the claw-pole set, the magnetic flux passing through the solenoid coil will change continuously and thus an induction electromotive force is generated.
