A projection device and an automatic projection calibration method thereof are disclosed. When the projection device boots up, an image pattern corresponding to a display data is projected through a projecting unit. The image pattern is sensed through an image sensor to obtain information of the image pattern. The information of the image pattern is compared with information of a previous image pattern through a processing unit to determine whether to execute an automatic calibration procedure. When the processing unit executes the automatic calibration procedure, a calibration pattern is projected through the projecting unit. The calibration pattern is sensed through the image sensor to obtain information of the calibration pattern. A calibration driving procedure is executed through the processing unit to convert imaging coordinates of the calibration pattern sensed through the image sensor into projecting coordinates of the projection device, so as to establish a coordinate conversion table.

Projection device and automatic projection calibration method thereof

An image-capturing device and a projection automatic calibration method of a projection device are provided. The image-capturing device includes an image sensing device, a lens, a processing unit and a storage unit. The lens is configured to image a calibration pattern on the image sensing device. The processing unit is configured to issue a projection calibration requirement and analyze the calibration pattern imaged on the image sensing device to obtain information relating to the calibration pattern, and the processing unit is further configured to convert imaging coordinates of the calibration pattern imaged on the image sensing device into projecting coordinates of the projection device by executing a calibration driving program to establish a coordinate conversion table. The storage unit is configured to store the calibration driving program and the coordinate conversion table.

Image-capturing device and projection automatic calibration method of projection device

An adjustment module is capable of adjusting a position of a lens of a projector. The adjustment module includes a base, a first tray, a second tray, at least one guide roller, and at least one boundary constrainer. The first tray is slidably disposed on the base along a first axis. The second tray is slidably disposed on the first tray along a second axis substantially perpendicular to the first axis. The lens is fixed on the second tray. The guide roller is rotatably disposed on the second tray. The boundary constrainer is disposed on the base. The guide roller is capable of confining the lens within an image area of the lens by rotatably contacting the boundary constrainer.

A method and apparatus for an anti-melt projection lens cap includes a sensor that detects whether the projection lens cap covers the projection lens and transmits a detected signal to the control unit including two control modes. The first one is projecting a dark image immediately, as the projection lens cap covers the projection lens for longer than a first set time, the control unit switches to a power-saving mode, when it lasts longer than a second set time, the lamp and the system power supply are turned off, then, a fan cools the lamp, the control unit switches to a standby mode. The second one is switching to the power-saving mode directly, when it lasts longer than a second set time, the lamp and the system power supply are turned off, and a fan cools the lamp, then, the control unit switches to the standby mode.

Method and apparatus for an anti-melt projection lens cap

The present invention discloses a lamp module. The lamp module includes a lamp frame for supporting a lamp and a fixing means for fixing the lamp and a reflector to the lamp frame. The fixing means includes a movable first fixing element and a movable second fixing element which both can be moved to a first position for releasing the reflector and a second position for fixing the reflector. The first fixing element includes at least one elastic element for fixing the reflector by pushing the reflector to securely keep at a static position relative to the lamp frame. The present invention provides the lamp and the reflector that can be detached from the lamp frame, thereby providing a lamp module capable of quickly and individually replacing the lamp and the reflector.

A burner debris collection apparatus for projectors aims to assist collecting burner debris includes debris collection ducts located on a bracing bracket which holds a socket and tracks located on the bracing bracket for mounting the socket by sliding. The debris collection ducts communicate with the tracks. After a burner has been blasted, the burner debris scattered in the tracks are pushed by a replacing socket (including a good burner) into the debris collection ducts. A debris collection tray may be provided on the debris discharge outlets of the debris collection ducts to collect the discharged burner debris.
